For those who wanted to know, Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, have decided to give an update on the situation with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
In a nutshell, the situation does not look good. Unlike King Charles III, who is willing to do a “yes, no, or maybe” dance with the Montecito royals, Prince William and his spouse have taken a hard stand and refuse to move.
One royal expert asked, “Why would they ever reconcile?,” after they had been harmed beyond repair by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
In a new interview with the Express, a royal expert and author claimed that he has recently spoken to sources close to the heir and the future Queen of England.
These insiders say that Prince William and Middleton believe that the rift will never heal. Tom Quinn, author of Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Family, said: “I’ve spoken to people who worked for both William and Kate when they were in England. They say the rift is never really going to be healed.”
The pair is not naive and knows that life will bring them together again for either a grand or somber occasion. They issued a warning for the California duo, saying that those meetings would be “awkward.”
He stated: “Whenever they have to meet up, they will look like they’re just uncomfortable with each other.”
According to the commentator, Prince William and his wife fear that Prince Harry and the former actress can only cause them pain and misery.
He explained: “They can only do them harm. Harry and Meghan have only said awful things about William and Kate. Why on earth should William and Kate forgive them?”
Bower went on to use one big and dangerous word to explain what happened between the Sussexes and Prince William and Middleton — he bluntly called it “abuse.”
He continued sharing his thoughts on the damage of the relationship by saying, “They would just use it to hit back again. They’re so selfish, Harry and Meghan. They only think of themselves. They only think of how they have been harmed. Furthermore, they never think that when they told all their lives to Oprah Winfrey or in his [Harry’s] book Spare; his terrible accusations against William and Kate and against Camilla, it was just shocking behavior. Why should anyone forget what he did or forgive him?”
