The endless competition between Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William, has moved to a new turf — America.
The heir to the throne made it abundantly clear that he was planning to expand the royal brand in the United States with an in-your-face public move.
Days after Prince William attended the Earthshot event in New York City, it was announced that he had requested to trademark The Royal Foundation in the United States for a series of sporting events.
One royal expert calls it a bold move that will certainly intimidate Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.
According to PR expert Andy Barr, Prince William and Kate Middleton have the money, manpower, and titles to easily take over Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s newfound home.
The professional shared: “Kate and William can advocate for issues with far greater ease and speed than their power couple rivals.”
He applauded Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for creating the Archewell Foundation and for the work they have been able to accomplish thus far.
However, he went on to say, once the Waleses have established their foundation — they will obliterate their rivals.
The expert stated: “Whilst Harry and Meghan have a powerful and well-established network of celebrity friends and ‘fixers’, there is no substitute for being an actual, fully paid-up member of the royal family. The global interest and intrigue in the British royal family means that they are guaranteed crowds wherever they go and whatever they do.”
The PR guru added that unlike Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Prince William and his wife will be immediately embraced by high society and Hollywood.
He predicted that the future King and Queen of England‘s imminent take-over of the celebrity world would lead to massive jealousy.
He said: “Instantly be injected into the kinds of high society connections and opportunities that even top-level A-List celebrities like Meghan and Harry would be jealous of.”
Royal biographer Tom Quinn explained that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have to work and climb their way to the top, compared to Prince William and Kate Middleton, who already have the groundwork done for them.
He shared: “All Harry’s complaining is really about the fact that he’s not number one, he doesn’t have a bigger role. I think that’s why he clicked with Meghan because she comes from a society where if you work hard, and you’re talented, you can get to the top. You can’t change the fact that William and Kate are number one.”
The competition between the two brothers is going to be fierce.
