Kate Middleton Explained What Took A Great Deal On Her Health

Kate Middleton Queen Elizabeth Hold Still Project

Backers of Kate Middleton are breathing a sigh of relief this week after it was confirmed that she was discharged from the hospital.

The mother of three and future Queen of England was taken to a London clinic for abdominal surgery almost two weeks ago.

Kensington Palace and Prince William have taken tight measures to make sure that Middleton’s health records remain private.

However, before going to the hospital, Middleton exuded health and fitness with her every move. Middleton, 42, appeared fit as a fiddle.

She is very active and works out daily — she swims, hikes, and does Pilates exercises. She is very athletic, and happily takes part in all kinds of sports during royal engagements.

Middleton has a strict and healthy diet and never drinks alcohol, not even during big royal celebrations. However, she did hint that something had taken a toll on her health.

The Princess of Wales went through three complicated pregnancies that sent her to the hospital on numerous occasions.

It is well documented that Middleton suffered from acute morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum. While talking to the media and other parents during royal events, Middleton confessed that the health issue was tough for her.

According to Express: “But the princess had been admitted to the hospital several years earlier too due to a condition, the experience of which she described as “rotten”. Back in 2012, when Kate was pregnant with Prince George, she was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, which is acute morning sickness. Prince William had to rush his wife to the hospital, where she remained for several days.”

The media outlet went on to pinpoint: “Kate had the same experience while with Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis and had to cancel a royal tour in 2014 because of it. The Princess of Wales has previously opened up about her experience during a visit to the Orchards Centre in Kent in 2023.”

At the Orchards Center, Kate Middleton opened up to a man, who told her that his wife was experiencing the same health condition.

Middleton confessed: “I went through that. I know what that feels like.” She talked about her condition on Giovanna Fletcher‘s Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast saying: “It was utterly rotten. I was really sick.”

Meanwhile, it has been reported that now Kate Middleton is back home in Windsor, Prince William has cleared his work calendar to make sure she regains all her strength.

Grant Harold, a former royal butler, told The New York Post: “Like any family, it’s always wonderful when a loved one is able to come back home. I’m sure the kids are really excited to have Kate back. It will also be great for William, because when your partner or your loved one isn’t home, it leaves a void. William will no doubt be waiting on his wife hand and foot.”

He added: “He’s a very caring, very loving kind of character, and I noticed that a lot when I spent time with them both back in the day. I’ve no doubt that wouldn’t have changed; William will make sure Kate is cared for and that she has a quick recovery.”

Supporters hope that Princess Kate will be back very soon.
