Wild reports are swirling around, claiming that Prince Harry and possibly Meghan Markle are seriously thinking about traveling to England to personally share their good wishes with Kate Middleton.
However, Prince William has taken the liberty to pass a clear and direct message to his younger brother: slow down your horses and stay in California.
Hours after Kate Middleton appeared on that bench to read the personal and painful cancer diagnosis announcement she penned, it was revealed via multiple media outlets that Prince Harry wants to see his sister-in-law.
The Duke of Sussex and his spouse have had a very complicated and almost non-existing relationship with the British royal family because of the damaging revelations and secrets that were shared via their Netflix series and the book Spare.
Through their close friends, Prince William and Kate Middleton have let Prince Harry know that he needs to calm his enthusiasm.
Pals of the heir and future Queen, who spoke to The Daily Beast, have explained that at this time Middleton needs all the peace as she focuses on her recovery.
She has excluded all meetings with Prince Harry and Markle because she does not need any more drama or stress in life.
The person with ties to the royals told the publication: “Catherine and William have been very clear; they want peace and quiet for them and the kids. A visit from Harry, with all the drama that would bring, would be the opposite of that.”
Another friend dropped the bombshell that Prince William and Princess Kate have made their peace and that the estrangement is permanent.
The associate added: “They have come to terms with the estrangement from Harry, and are content to let sleeping dogs lie.”
Royal commentator Duncan Larcombe, former royal editor at The Sun, and weighed in on the situation via The Daily Beast.
He claimed that Prince Harry and Markle’s words and actions have made it impossible for Middleton to have any kind of emotions towards them.
He also explained why Middleton is not receptive to Prince Harry’s outreach by saying: “Harry and Meghan have got some sense so they know it is important to be seen as extending the olive branch, especially given that global sympathy is with Kate right now. But William and Kate don’t need long memories to recall that not too far back they were being subjected to very harmful allegations, to which, incidentally, it was impossible for them to come back and answer and have their say. So it’s not very surprising that Harry doesn’t really matter to them right now. A cancer diagnosis puts things in perspective.”
The Sussexes are not going to find an easy route back to the Royal Family.
