As Kate Middleton recovers from cancer, it is claimed that Prince Harry, who caused damage and havoc in the past, wanted to bring some cheers and happy news her way.
The future Queen of England is known for many things, especially her appreciation of children. Princess Kate‘s signature program is the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.
The campaign “highlights the critical importance the first five years of our lives have on shaping the adults we become.”
And of course, she is a caring and dedicated mother to her three young children: Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.
That is why it was not surprising that reports claimed that she was delighted to receive the news that Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, had decided to bring Prince Archie and Princess Lilbet to London for a visit.
Prince Harry and Markle have been penciled in for a major and important appearance in London in May for the anniversary of the Invictus Games.
Talking to The Mirror, royal author Tom Quinn revealed that Middleton and Prince William have been pleading with Prince Harry and Markle to bring their children to the UK.
He went on to say that Prince Harry would agree to the invitation, but The Duchess of Sussex would not be open to the idea.
Markle, who confessed that she was bullied, traumatized, and faced heavy racism during her days as a working member of the Royal Family, is determined not to step foot on British soil unless it is important.
He told the media outlet: “There is no way Meghan would bring the children to the UK. William and Kate have suggested that Meghan and Harry bring the children and that the two couples and their families try to make up, but the suggestion is not leading anywhere so far.”
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams via The Sun gave more details as to why Markle is fearful of coming to England: “Meghan isn’t obviously keen on visiting Britain because she is not popular here. Nor is Harry, but it’s different for him. She’s asked for this. If she comes, there will be a huge amount of adverse publicity because of the way she has acted for the past four years. On top of that, you have the issue of Archie and Lilibet, who are completely blameless.”
Tom Quinn went on to reveal that, in a way, Markle is politely telling Middleton and Prince William to curb their enthusiasm about the possibility of a reconciliation between the two families.
Via The Mirror, he said that the fighting benefits one side: Prince Harry and Markle make a great deal of money spilling their secrets in books, series, and interviews.
He stated: “Kate and William are far more enthusiastic about trying for a reconciliation than Meghan and Harry. Keeping up the feud is easier for Meghan and Harry in many ways because in the States they may be celebrities but they are not under the spotlight in the way Kate and William are.”
Some observers still say that the two parties are doing a lot of spinning.
