Kate Middleton Meghan Markle Prince William New Titles

Kate Middleton has been the subject of numerous wild and unfounded rumors, including a recent one that claimed she was unwell and would be stepping back from her public duties as a Royal Family representative and stateswoman.

Recently, Princess Kate was left rather distraught by the reports that she would never return to her job.

The hurtful retirement rumors prompted sources close to Prince William‘s wife to quickly to refute them, highlighting Kate Middleton’s unwavering commitment to her royal duties.

Harper’s Bazaar explained: “A source for the outlet alleged that Kate “may never come back in the role that people saw her in before,” but a royal insider tells Harper’s Bazaar that such a claim is “unfair and untrue.”

Kate Middleton missed a significant event this week. As the colonel-in-chief of the Irish Guards, Kate Middleton was supposed to participate in the rehearsal for Trooping the Colour, King Charles III‘s birthday parade.

Middleton was not able to attend as she continues to stay out of the spotlight amid her cancer diagnosis.

The Princess of Wales shared a personal letter to The Irish Guards, in which she apologizes for being unable to fulfill her commitments.

The Princess of Wales took the opportunity to announce that she will indeed return to her role as a senior working member of the royal family in due time.

In the letter shared on X (formerly Twitter), Kate Middleton wrote: “How proud I am of the entire regiment ahead of the Colonel’s Review and Trooping of the Colour.”

Princess Kate added in the touching letter to the regiment: “I appreciate everyone trooping this year has been practicing for months and dedicating many hours to ensuring their uniforms and drill are immaculate.”

She continued by confirming that the rumors of her return were imminent. Middleton stated: “Being your colonel remains a great honor, and I am very sorry that I’m unable to take the salute at this year’s Colonel’s Review. Please pass my apologies to the whole regiment, however I do hope that I am able to represent you all once again very soon. Please send my very best wishes and good luck to all involved.”

The Princess of Wales concluded the letter and handwrote “Quis Separabit” and signed off as “Colonel Catherine.”

This is the clearest sign directly from Kate Middleton confirming that she is responding positively to the cancer treatment and will fully recover.
