However, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, did not receive the memo. Reports claim that Prince Harry and his spouse made an unsettling move, and many say that “they have a lot of nerve.”
According to a royal source, the California-based couple is reportedly dissatisfied with their minimal contact with Catherine, Princess of Wales.
An insider told Closer that Prince Harry, deeply moved and upset, watched Princess Kate‘s powerful statement of strength and determination at the Trooping the Colour ceremony and now wants to support her in person.
The Sussex associate also explained that Prince Harry, who forgot that he had spent the past three years attacking the royals, was baffled by King Charles III‘s decision not to invite him to the Trooping Ceremony with his wife.
The person in the know shared: “He’s heartbroken and confused by the way they’ve cut him off and seemingly haven’t given it another thought.”
The source explained: “Harry was very upset and emotional when he saw the footage of Kate [Middleton] at Trooping the Colour.”
Prince Harry has connected with Princess Kate several times since her devastating cancer diagnosis, but he wants to support her in person.
The insider claimed: “Whilst he has managed to connect with her on a few occasions, it’s not nearly as often as he’d like. He would have dearly loved to have been there if only to congratulate and support Kate in person on what must have been an incredibly difficult day for her.”
The family friend also stated: “He’s incredibly proud of her and encouraged that she obviously has very good doctors and appeared to be healthy and in good spirits.”
The source claimed that Prince Harry feels great guilt for not being present for his sister-in-law.
The royal insider added: “But the fact he can’t bond with his beloved sister-in-law in person is a kick in the guts and something he finds incredibly difficult to live with.”
This is a decision that will not sit well with Prince William, who is determined to protect Kate Middleton’s health and privacy.
The heir to the throne does not want Prince Harry and Markle in his vicinity because he believes they will cause his sick wife more unwanted stress.
Prince William also believes that they will leak stories about Middleton’s condition and treatment to the media after visiting her.
