Hulk Hogan‘s surprise appearance at Donald Trump‘s final political rally in New York, mere days before the presidential election, marked a significant turn in his career.

At a massive campaign event held at Madison Square Garden, Hulk Hogan delivered a roaring speech promoting Donald Trump’s policies and ideologies.

The WWE legend was mocked and ridiculed for failing to perform his signature move of ripping his shirt open. Months after Trump won the election, Hulk Hogan is back at work promoting wrestling.

However, his stance on certain crucial issues has led to a significant portion of his fanbase, including former Hulkamaniacs and wrestling enthusiasts, expressing their disapproval and disinterest in him.

Appearing on Netflix’s Monday Night Raw, Hulk Hogan was met with a cacophony of loud boos and jeers, a stark contrast to the adulation he once received.

Hulk Hogan, who was joined by Jimmy Heart, delivered a passionate speech where he said: “In the past, I’ve had a whole bunch of partners down the line. I had incredible partners, like the Macho Man Randy Savage. I’ve had giant-sized partners like Andre the Giant. But the greatest partner the WWE has ever had is the fact that tonight, we’re making history, and the WWE has tag teamed up with Netflix, the greatest tag team partner of all time.”

Many, who grew up Hulkamaniacs and had supported Hogan for decades, took to social media to say he is being mistreated. These backers say he should be allowed to have political views as an American citizen.

Others believe Hulk Hogan is another celebrity who should not meddle in politics. During an interview with Sportskeeda, legendary professional wrestling promoter and performer Eric Bischoff weighed in on the controversy surrounding Hogan.

The wrestling veteran also explained why The Undertaker, who publicly supported Donald Trump, is not being slammed by liberal or Independent fans who voted for Vice President Kamala Harris.

He said: ” I think the heat he got was a lot more because he was front and center with Trump. And in response, people are gonna say ya, what about Undertaker? First of all, Undertaker didn’t come out and cut a promo. Undertaker rode in on a motorcycle, did a lap, and said goodbye. It’s a different scenario.”

He added that Hogan made the mistake of getting into an altogether gimmick mood. At the same time, The Undertaker took a low-key and respectable approach to the matter, highlighting the complex dynamics of politics in the wrestling world.

He stated: “Yes, Taker interviewed Donald Trump. Taker makes no bones about the fact that he is a conservative, but Undertaker wasn’t out there in his full gimmick, campaigning for Kamala Harris or Donald Trump in this case.”

While many of Hogan’s fans no longer support him, he can at least count on an invitation to the White House after Trump is sworn in.

Hulk Hogan appeared on FOX News last night and doubled down on his position on Donald Trump by making the following bombastic comment: “We got a real American President, and we’re already celebrating the inauguration even before it happens because we know we’re getting our country back, brother. Wow!”

Some observers say that Hogan is also facing backlash over his past racist comments about men his daughter dated.
