Cracks in Moscow’s state-controlled narrative are growing wider by the day as top government mouthpieces publicly declare there is panic inside the Kremlin, confessing that Russia is losing the war and that the upcoming winter will be brutal.
During a recent broadcast of Sunday Evening With Vladimir Solovyov, decorated state TV host Vladimir Solovyov — who previously advocated freezing Ukrainian citizens to death — shifted his tone dramatically.
Opening the program in a failed attempt to cheer people up after a disastrous June, Solovyov warned Russians to prepare for monstrous Ukrainian strikes that could leave them without heating, advising residents in vulnerable border regions to flee for the winter toward the Volga, the Urals, and the Far East.
The devastating data from June is among the reasons that Vladimir Putin and his men are rattled. June was Moscow’s most horrific month on the battlefield since the Russian invasion began.
Intelligence reports show Russian forces suffered record-breaking attrition, losing over 35,000 personnel alongside more than 300 tanks and nearly 800 armored combat vehicles in a single 30-day span.

It is an open and alarming secret that, with internal discontent rising, some defectors and dissident groups have taken to social media to threaten mutiny, warning that growing frustration within the ranks will eventually spark another deadly rebellion against Vladimir Putin’s ruthless regime.
Vladimir Solovyov Admits Russian Military Doctrine Has Failed
Addressing the changing nature of modern warfare and heavily sighing as he described the pre-invasion destruction of ammunition and military equipment as a “giant mistake,” the state TV host laid bare the fundamental flaws in Moscow’s strategy.
Pointing out that production must be “colossally increased” toward modern tools of war rather than traditional tanks and standard artillery, the personality stated: “We’ve encountered a new kind of war. Everyone understands this. For us, this war is quite difficult, because there was a certain moment in 2022 when it suddenly became clear that a military doctrine to which all armies in the world used to adhere no longer works.”
Recognizing that the Russian economy faces a severe crisis while Ukraine continues winning over new allies, Solovyov begged Vladimir Putin for drone interceptors in large quantities to counter incoming ballistic missiles, admitting the conflict is far from over: “We should be manufacturing things and realizing that this war will last a long time.”

Facing escalating internal instability, Solovyov warned that corporate and civilian mobilization are now mandatory to prevent widespread chaos across the country: “We certainly can’t deal with this without the civilian sector. We certainly can’t deal with this without major companies.”
Underscoring the psychological pressure mounting within the nation’s borders, the propagandist added: “It’s clear what the enemy is doing, he is trying to destabilize the situation inside our country.”
Vladimir Solovyov Pushes To Change Laws To Enlist Women And Children
In a desperate bid to address severe personnel shortages, Solovyov pushed for a shameful strategy to bring civilian women and children into the fight.
The host claimed that Russian women are actively trying to join the Combat Army Reserves (BARS) but are being turned away by existing legal restrictions, begging Putin to adapt to wartime conditions: “Can’t we revise the laws in accordance with the realities of military times?”
To justify dragging the broader population into defensive operations, Kondratiev invoked historical precedent from World War II to advocate for widespread mobilization: “During the Great Patriotic War, there were local air defense units. In conditions of war, this should exist on every patch of land.”
Interrupting to highlight who historically manned those positions during wartime, Solovyov stated: “Who stood on those roofs? I remember those photos. There were women.”
Reinforcing the alarming push to involve every demographic in the war effort, a panelist added off-camera: “Women and children.”
