It is beginning to look like Christmas, and Blake Shelton has plans to spoil Gwen Stefani in a very special way.
While the lovebirds had a wonderful time celebrating their third anniversary, they also had to go through the heartache of hearing several messy songs from Miranda Lambert about the divorce drama.
Eager to make all well again, Blake is going all in for his lady love and her three boys.
A source told Hollywood Life: “Blake goes all out for the holidays. He really loves Christmas more than anything, and he has a whole load of traditions stemming back from his childhood that he loves to follow. Blake has always been a huge fan of the holidays, but now he’s with Gwen, and they have the boys, it’s an even more special time for him.”
The insider went on to explain to the publication that the country star will be preparing a special feast for his family.
The friend had this to say: “Blake will spend months literally thinking about and planning the perfect gifts, and he loves to cook a huge traditional dinner, but with his own special Southern twist. Each year Gwen and Gavin take turns to have the children for Christmas, and it’s Gwen’s turn this year, so Blake is super excited as he has a bunch of games planned and some really great presents for the boys that he knows they are going to love.”
The source also stated that Gwen more or less has four boys because Christmas will turn Blake into a child again.
The person added: “Blake is like a big kid himself when it comes to Christmas, and he loves nothing more than spoiling Gwen and the kids. He’s in his real happy place pretty much from Thanksgiving.”
Rumor has it the music superstars are trying to have a baby via surrogate.
