For the past weeks, Kanye West has been making one controversial comment about abortion that has irked many people wrongly.
West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, issued a statement about his mental health but declined to comment on the elephant in the room — his stance on abortion.
Many found it odd that Kardashian has remained silent on the topic because she has supported and donated to Planned Parenthood in the past.
Another woman who was once part of West’s life has decided to speak out and shredded him into pieces for having the audacity to tell grown women what to do with their bodies.
The rapper’s ex-girlfriend and muse Amber Rose is speaking out. Rose, who is politically the polar opposite of West, shared a post on social media where she slammed him.
The 36-year-old mother of two and feminist said that a woman has the right to choose what she does with her uterus and her private parts.
Her viral message read: “Women get shamed for having sx. For liking sx. For not liking sx. For having too much or too little sx. For having kids. For not having kids. For aborting cells that might turn into kids. For having kids too young. For having kids too old. Just stfu, man.”
The woman, who founded SlutWalk, concluded by: “Please stop telling women what to do with our bodies.”
Rose received support from thousands of women who agreed that West, who is battling bipolar disorder, needs to be quiet and seek medical help for his situation.
A social media user said: “Ye shut all the way up.”
This mother thanked Rose for her powerful message and took the opportunity to share her personal story: “Thank you Amber but I am used to it— this is nothing lol— I grew up in a small village in Cape Verde Africa, and that’s where I was when I got pregnant. Imagine a small village of 150 people all talking about you — all at once. Was ashamed and nowhere to hide ??. Hard times — glad it’sit’s in the past. My daughter is so freaking gorgeous and the best daughter ever. We grew up together, was weird at times, but we have an amazing relationship.”
Rose was praised by this woman: “Boys are really under here trying to regulate when you were supposed to be ready for a baby ? it’s sad and disgusting….”
West had a meltdown at a political rally in South Carolina and confessed that he and Kardashian almost aborted their first child, North West.
He also ranted about the sensitive topic on Twitter.
