Montana Yao and Malik Beasley are going through a divorce in the public eye after the NBA star was spotted with reality TV talent Larsa Pippen last December. The two women have been using social media and their flawless figures to score some points.
This week, Montana Yao made headlines by leaving nothing to the imagination by wearing a tiny bikini, crop top, and a pair of sneakers that features the famous colors of Scottie Pippen‘s Chicago Bulls.
Yao made sure to give a good look at her perfect booty and overall toned figure by striking the right pose.
23-year-old model Montana Yao filed for divorce in December after already being separated from her husband, basketball player Malik Beasley.
After seeing photos of her estranged husband holding hands with 46-year-old Larsa Pippen in Miami last year, she ended the marriage.
In a statement from Beasley’s lawyers, the 24-year-old NBA player claims to want to put “the matter” behind him. However, Yao’s lawyers have hit back.
On January 22, her lawyers shared a statement alleging that Beasley intended to leave his wife and son behind. He stayed in the family home with his friends after asking Yao and their young son, Makai, to move out.
In a post on Instagram, Montana Yao claimed she was told to leave the family home and was forced to stay with relatives as a result.
She also accused Beasley of not coming forward with an apology and failing to take responsibility for his child’s upbringing.
Despite making more than $15 million per year, Beasley has apparently contributed just $800 towards the care and wellbeing of his son, who was born in March 2019.
Yao has also said that she gave up her modeling career to start a family with Beasley and now relies on the family until she can resume her career.
Yao’s lawyers claimed: “Mr. Beasley has only contributed $800 toward the care of their son, despite making $15,000,000 per year in the NBA. Montana was a successful model before she met Mr. Beasley but gave it up to focus on starting a family with him. She and her son are now forced to stay with relatives until she can restart her career.”
Lawyers for Malik Beasley believe Yao is looking for “sympathy” in the media and had sought to get an “obscene” amount of money from her husband amid their split, including funds for her mother, despite the fact he bought her a car worth $100,000.
One attorney said: “It is unfortunate that counsel for Montana Yao has elected to misrepresent facts in the media to seek sympathy while omitting the fact his client demanded an outrageous and obscene amount of money for not only her but for her mother, as an apparent bounty for an eight-month marriage. Counsel also omits that shortly before Montana Yao filed for divorce, Malik bought her a $100,000 Range Rover. This is a cautionary tale for NBA players, who run a great risk of situations like this which we must now mitigate in a court of law.”
Larsa Pippen denies playing a part in the breakup, saying that the couple had split before she even met Beasley.
