Once Donald Trump was elected, his daughter and son-in-law moved to Washington, DC, and they took the posts of senior advisors in his administration.
After Donald Trump’s failed reelection bid, the husband and wife relocated to a mansion in Florida, where they have been focused on their billion-dollar empire while raising their young children.
Despite their fancy life and luxurious yachts, it has not been a smooth ride for the couple. After Page Six revealed that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were going through an icy period in their romance, another insider spoke to Radar to confirm that things are direr than previously thought.
A source close to the pair revealed the website: “It’s all falling apart. They’re always fighting and can barely contain their growing animosity for each other even when they appear in public.”
The person in the know revealed that the drama between the couple might have to do in part with Ivanka Trump being pushed by Jared Kushner to decline her father’s invitation to take part in his 2024 presidential campaign.
Jared Kushner told his wife it would be wise to avoid all association with Donald Trump to protect their many business ventures and, to some extent, their private lives.
The source stated: “Jared recognized Donald had become radioactive, and he pushed Ivanka to abandon her father for the sake of their own reputations and the future of their children. They still have grand ambitions and consider themselves card-carrying power brokers. But Jared knew if Ivanka continued to stand by her dad, all of his big business connections would go out the window!”
The real estate mogul pleaded with his oldest daughter to change her mind, and she refused.
The decision has made Ivanka Trump persona non grata with the family. The businesswoman now regrets her choice to betray her family.
The insider claimed: “The result is that Ivanka has been declared persona non grata by all the other Trumps. And she’s begun to have regrets. She didn’t sign up to be a pariah in her own family!”
The couple has been traveling quite a lot in recent weeks, including visits to Qatar for the World Cup.
