The world is getting a glimpse of the dynamics between Melania Trump and Donald Trump‘s children thanks to a series of official government transcripts released to the media.
Many of Donald Trump’s staff and close family members, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, were forced to testify in front of the United States House Select Committee that was put in place to investigate the deadly events that took place on January 6, 2021.
The attack on the United States Capitol has had different ramifications. Many players on both sides of the political spectrum believe that the January 6th Committee failed in delivering answers to the American people.
Instead, it delivered fascinating details about the scandal-fueled Trump administration’s ins and outs. Stephanie Grisham had to share an accurate account of the events that transpired during the bloody attack.
Stephanie Grisham, who had a long-standing relationship with the Trumps, landed the high-profile job of White House communications director.
Stephanie Grisham also served as press secretary for the former first lady of the United States, Melania Trump.
The former senior aide to Melania Trump told the committee in her testimony that the former first lady was skeptical of the intentions of some of the president’s children.
The author of I’ll Take Your Questions Now told the panel that Melania Trump was suspicious of many of the people who surrounded Donald Trump.
The model-turned-businesswoman did not trust Donald John Trump Jr. and fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Stephanie Grisham dropped the following bombshell: “Certainly, when it came to the kids, especially Don Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle, she never trusted that they were doing things in the best interest of their – of Don Jr.’s father.”
Grisham spoke of other close advisors to the former president that Melania Trump mistrusted.
She revealed: “She didn’t trust Mark Meadows, was what she told me. She was very angry with him about his treatment and the things he was doing to me personally. She was very wary of Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, and a lot of the people who were coming up into the residence and talking to the president.”
According to transcripts from the January 6 committee, Trump sat idly by and watched the horrific attack on the nation’s capital and complained that the people who were fighting and putting their lives at risk to keep Trump in power looked trashy.
Stephanie Grisham explained: “I heard from several people in the West Wing, more on the military aide or Secret Service side, and then a couple just people, but that he was sitting in the dining room, and he was just watching it all unfold, and that a couple of his comments – some of his comments were that these people looked very trashy, but also look at what fighters they were.”
She continued: “He was kind of reveling in the fact that these people were fighting for him. But he also didn’t like how they looked.”
Grisham resigned from the White House the night the mob stormed the United States Capitol.
