Meghan Markle Leaves Prince Harry High And Dry After Major Public Mistake

Prince Harry Meghan Markle Babygirl To Ease Tensions Queen Elizabeth Royal Family

Whether he likes it or not, Prince Harry is set for a solo trip to Germany because all indications point to Meghan Markle staying home in California with their two children, Archie and Lilibet.

Prince Harry arrived in London on Thursday to take part in a charity event that is near and dear to his heart. He also visited Windsor Castle to pay tribute to his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

He will fly to Germany on Friday for the launch of the Invictus Games. It was believed that Markle would join Prince Harry at the end of the games to deliver a major speech about strength, courage, and resilience to the many wounded soldiers taking part in the annual event.

The announcement confirming Markle’s participation read: “Meghan Markle would take to the stage to host an intimate and moving glimpse into the extraordinary journeys of the Invictus Games competitors.”

However, there has since been a major change in the event’s schedule: Meghan Markle’s name mysteriously vanished from the program lineup.

According to sources, who spoke to the media outlet, the original information was “uploaded in error.” The schedule now says German TV host Hadnet Tesfai will replace Meghan Markle.

According to royal expert Robert Jobson, it was “very odd” that the Duchess of Sussex is no longer featured in the closing ceremony.

He went on to claim that Markle will now “likely try to stay out of the limelight to avoid another media storm by skipping the games altogether.”

The royal author stated: “She will probably want to stay at home with Archie and Lilibet.”

While the theory that Markle had a change of heart and decided to stay home with the children is plausible, there is another possibility that she or the Invictus team might have concluded she was not the right person to deliver the speech at the closing ceremony.

Royal experts previously claimed that having Markle play that role in the closing ceremony would be almost inappropriate.

Jennie Bond wrote in the Telegraph: “There have been suggestions that Meghan, too, will address the throng about courage and resilience. This strikes me as decidedly less appropriate when there will be any number of men and women there who have courageously proved precisely what resilience means.”

Royal expert Alison Boshoff revealed another theory about Markle’s absences at the event — professional separation.

She wrote: “Professional separation between the pair has become increasingly notable, too: Harry’s Invictus charity, for example, which does remarkable work with injured servicemen and women, is hugely meaningful to him — but is very much his project, not his wife’s.”

She added: “Meghan is due to join him in Dusseldorf later next week, but seems to have thought better of playing a formal role, and her name has dropped off the diary of events. Don’t forget that she was missing in action for the media blitz for Harry’s book Spare and, again, didn’t make more than the most fleeting appearance in her husband’s latest Netflix documentary, Heart Of Invictus.”

Markle seems to be going on a solo professionnal journey.
