Melania Trump has made it clear she will not have to fight Hunter Biden alone, as President Donald Trump has publicly announced his full support and a plan to make the former first son’s life a “living hell.”
This week, Hunter Biden made headlines once more with an appearance in a documentary that aired on the YouTube channel Channel 5. The controversial painter and businessman took the opportunity to speak about the Trump administration’s refusal to release the Jeffrey Epstein files to the public.
During the interview, Joe Biden’s son dropped a bombshell that rattled the political world. Hunter Biden claimed that Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania Trump to her husband. He stated: “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. The connections are, like, so wide and deep.”
Immediately following the interview, Melania Trump issued a scathing statement, threatening to sue Hunter Biden for a billion dollars if he does not retract his statement. Her lawyer added that the first lady is also demanding a public apology for making what they call erroneous and damaging claims against the former glamour model turned businesswoman.
Hunter Biden, who is often seen as a political wild card, hit back with a stunning profanity-laced response. In a follow-up interview, he told Melania Trump to “bring it on.”
Hunter Biden noted, “It’s been repeated by journalists and authors since then. But the primary source was interviews that Michael Wolff has been conducting… He has tapes of, I think, hours and hours and hours of interviews with Jeffrey Epstein, directly.”
Biden continued, “The fact of the matter is… I don’t think these threats of a lawsuit add up to anything other than a designed distraction. It’s not about who introduced whom to who. I don’t know how that in any way rises to the level of defamation, anyway.”
The painter went on to say, “This is about hundreds if not over a thousand minors, children who were raped by Jeffrey Epstein. I don’t believe in guilt by association alone, but the connections have become—they’re so glaringly obvious that I think they’re trying to use other things to distract.”
Hunter Biden shared, “If they want to sit down for a deposition and clarify the nature of the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and the president, I’m more than happy to provide them the platform to be able to do it.”
Donald Trump has decided to intervene in the matter, stating that he encouraged his wife to take legal action. Trump claimed: “I said, ‘go forward.’ You know, I’ve done pretty well on these lawsuits lately… and Jeffrey Epstein had nothing to do with Melania and her introduction to me.”
Some experts say that the threats are also a way to discourage other people from making the same type of connection.
