However, J.D. Vance has not only taken on an expanded political role at the company; at times, it appears he is being groomed to replace Kirk.
J.D. Vance recently appeared on stage with Erika Kirk, (CEO of Turning Point USA), at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi, as part of the “This Is the Turning Point” campus tour.
The embrace between Erika Kirk and J.D. Vance drew widespread attention, with many observers noting its nature. Erika Kirk, who was there to announce J.D. Vance, as a guest of honor, held on to the Vice President, pressed him on her body, and ran her fingers through his hair.
Vance did not pull away and smiled during the interaction. At the end of the hug, Vance’s hand dropped to Kirk’s hip, and she did not move away.
During her introduction, for Vance, Erika Kirk stated: “No one will ever replace my husband. But I do see some similarities of my husband in JD— in Vice President JD Vance. I do. And that’s why I am so blessed to be able to introduce him tonight.”
