For the past 17 years, Omarosa Manigault Newman has worked with the Trump family in different capacities, and she has seen a lot and cannot stop making shocking revelations about President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump.
Newman was an unforgettable contestant on the first season of NBC’s The Apprentice with Trump. She was named the director of African-American outreach for Trump’s 2016 campaign.
The reality TV star later became an assistant to the president and director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison during the Trump administration.
The former political aide recently appeared on the British morning talk show, Lorraine. She confessed that Donald and Melania had always had an odd dynamic even when they were dating.
The writer explained: “It’s a very strange marriage, and I’m very cautious about commenting on the dynamics of people’s marriage — you never know the inner-workings — but I’ve known this couple since they were dating. And in fact, they got married a year after The Apprentice aired.”
Newman went on to drop the bombshell that Melania is more or less disgusted by her husband.
According to the former Trump family friend, while talking about the fact that the First Lady of the United States was once more pulling her hand away from the president during the last debate, the former model is not always a big fan of her husband: “What I’ve observed over the last 17 years … Sometimes they like each other, and other times she’s repulsed by him. As we saw just on the debate last Thursday, he went to go and touch her hand, and she smacked it away.”
She made this bold prediction — Trump will not want to leave the White House quietly if he loses the 2020 presidential election.
She stated: “I think that he will fight leaving office. But, thank God, there are safeguards in place for a peaceful transition of power and so, as much as he may pout like a baby and throw a tantrum, there are forces that will be able to move and usher him right out of the White House and bring in new leadership, and in this case, I hope that it, in fact, is Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris.”
Since parting ways with the Trumps, Newman has released a book called Unhinged and took part in countless interviews to spill the high-profile family’s dirty secrets.
Trump has slammed Newman, claiming that she is a “dog” with “zero credibility.”
