The former reality TV star told his supporters if he is arrested, there would be “possible death and destruction” and that they should take drastic actions similar to the January 6 United States Capitol attack.
Donald Trump has also claimed that he might go to jail after the explosive New York court case.
The real estate mogul is facing a hefty punishment because of some of his actions, and if the very reluctant Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg gets his way.
Bragg’s arguments were able to convince a grand jury to bring criminal charges against Trump over hush money payment to Stormy Daniels after having an affair with her while Melania Trump was pregnant with their son, Barron.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Trump arranged a $130,000 payment for the adult filmmaker ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
The former Republican president first denied the claims, then publicly admitted to reimbursing his former attorney, Michael Cohen, the payment.
The lengthy case hit its climax on Wednesday when former President Donald Trump was hit with about 30 criminal charges.
Trump, escorted by the secret service, will appear in court on Tuesday. While he will not be handcuffed, his fingerprints and a mugshot will be taken, and he will be brought before New York State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan.

The friend revealed: “Melania is leading her own life and still feels happy being at Mar-a-Lago, surrounded by people who love her and who never talk about reality or bad things about her husband.”
The person shared Melania Trump’s true feelings by saying she does not sympathize with her husband’s messy predicament.
The insider claimed: “She remains angry and doesn’t want to hear [the alleged hush money payment] mentioned. She is aware of who her husband is and keeps her life upbeat with her own family and a few close friends. Melania meanwhile wants to ignore it and hopes it will pass, but she doesn’t sympathize with Donald’s plight.”
Despite being angry, the former model was seen heading to dinner with her husband after the indictment was made official.
