Melania Trump Is Called Out For Her Decision To Interject Herself Into This Humiliating Conversation

Melania Trump

Melania Trump is known to be “the conversation” without saying a word. Donald Trump‘s wife has the media, friends, and foes talking whenever she makes a move or refuses to budge.

She is also a master at using fashion to send a message to her critics. Speaking of fashion, Melania Trump grabbed headlines this month with a coat.

The former model, along with all the living former first ladies, Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, Laura Bush, and the current first lady, Dr. Jill Biden, attended the memorial service for Rosalynn Carter, the wife of Jimmy Carter.

Also in attendance were former President Bill Clinton and current President Joe Biden. It was Mrs. Carter’s final wish for all the women to be present at her funeral.

It was a somber moment, and everyone seemed to acknowledge that by wearing black. However, it seems that Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, and Laura Bush did not send Melania Trump the memo for the occasion because she opted for a gray tweed overcoat with a black dress underneath.

The bold and unconventional fashion choice left Melania Trump standing out among the other first ladies. It also opened the door to some heavy criticism from people who knew Melania Trump best.

Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, an expert in the fashion world and a former close friend and confidante of Melania Trump, took to Twitter, now known as X, to slam her for being disrespectful and using the moment for a photo opportunity.

The former senior adviser to Melania Trump said she knew that her pictures would grab headlines and make a mockery of Mrs. Carter.

She began her post by saying that it is embarrassing that Melania Trump has made the conversation about Mrs. Carter’s funeral about her. She wrote: “Melania Trump knew every time she made a public appearance, “a picture would be worth a thousand words.” In Melania’s case, the picture would have to do all the talking. This time is no different!”

She called out Donald Trump wife’s lack of dignity by writing: “Melania made this service a photo op for herself, instead of handling her appearance with dignity and humility, she used it as a catwalk.”

Winston Wolkoff concluded by: “Rosalynn Carter is a national treasure who exemplified a life of humanitarian service with a spirit of generosity, dignity, and compassion for all of God’s children. May she rest in peace.”

Former Fox News reporter Geraldo Rivera, who has become one of Donald Trump’s biggest enemies and critics, surprised many by defending Melania Trump.

Rivera said the negative comments were disheartening. He wrote: “It is disheartening to read snide remarks about Melania Trump. I’m sure most Americans were glad she joined in honoring Rosalyn Carter.”

He slammed those in the media who have snubbed and disrespected Melania Trump over the years. He added: “Melania was snubbed & underrated when her husband was in office, and she continues to be disrespected by those whose hatred of Trump knows no bounds.”

It was not that long ago that Geraldo Rivera announced the end of his friendship with Donald Trump over comments the former president made about immigrants.

After Trump claimed that immigrants were “poisoning the blood of our country,” Rivera appeared on CNN, where he fought back by saying: “I think it’s vile. I think it’s disgusting. It’s very disappointing. To sink to that level, it’s for me a personal embarrassment for me that we were friends for so long.”

Melania Trump might be changing Rivera’s mind.
