Madison LeCroy has decided to revisit one of the wildest moments of her life — the day Alex Rodriguez, who was enjoying a passionate romance with Jennifer Lopez, contacted her on Instagram and apparently asked her to become his sidechick.
On Thursday’s episode of Austen Kroll‘s podcast, Pillows and Beer, the reality TV star opted to give more embarrassing details about the DMs that she received from the former athlete.
The events took place in 2020 when Madison LeCroy was dating Austen Kroll while Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez were engaged to be married.
LeCroy told her ex-boyfriend and host she was shocked and confused when Rodriguez wrote to her.
She said she assumed it was a hoax and added: “I’m being f–king catfished. The dude who’s dating [Jennifer Lopez] is not in my DMs right now.”
The Southern Charm star told Kroll that once she understood Rodriguez’s intentions, she was direct with the former baseball player and explained that she was not interested in being a sidechick or a mistress.
Madison LeCroy confessed: “I told [Rodriguez], I said, ‘If you’re looking for a side chick,’ which clearly he was, ‘it wasn’t gonna be me.’ I’m a wifey material.”
Kroll embarrassed the former baseball player by revealing that he was desperate to see and talk to LeCroy, who declined his calls.
He said: “He kept on FaceTiming you ad nauseam. You were like, ‘This motherf–cer’s FaceTimed me three or four times today.’ And then he got mad at Madison because she didn’t answer when she was on the boat or something. And she was like, ‘I’m not at your beck and call.'”
LeCroy further humiliated Rodriguez by revealing that he offered to fly her to Miami, Florida, and she refused.
She concluded by revealing that she had never met Rodriguez in person. She stated: “People still don’t believe me. I swear to God, I’ve never, ever seen that person.”
Rodriguez’s spokesman, Ron Berkowitz, reached out to Page Six to address the allegations.
According to the rep, Madison LeCroy is spreading a false narrative to remain in the spotlight.
He said: “Her 15 minutes of fame are up, and she is trying to get a 16th minute. Please stop wasting everyone’s time with these false narratives. They were false two years ago and continue to be false.”
The DMs scandal destroyed the relationship between Lopez and Rodriguez. Lopez went on to date and marry Ben Affleck.
As for Madison LeCroy, she married Brett Randle.
