Brendan McLoughlin, an ex-police officer, is the father of a little boy whom he shares with his former partner, Kaihla Rettinge.
According to insiders who spoke to OK!, the country star and her husband would love to have more than one child.
The person in the know told the media outlet: “Miranda and Brendan [McLoughlin] have been married for over four years, and it’s been pure bliss living together on the farm [outside Nashville] with all their animals. They’re ready to expand the family.”
Another insider went on to say that the busy singer has cleared up her schedule to make the magic happen with the love of her life.
The person familiar with the situation stated: “Miranda is finally ready to have a baby. She’d love nothing more than to start a family with the love of her life.”
It seems that Miranda Lambert has gotten a lot of practice thanks to her stepson.
In a recent interview, the artist shared: “My stepson’s 4-and-a-half and I make the bunny cake with him now. So it’s really, it’s our tradition. This whole book is about carrying on traditions and making memories.”
However, those who are close to the couple will not be surprised by the baby news.
In late 2022, a source explained that having a child together had moved to the top of their priorities. Miranda Lambert, who has been touring the world and releasing albums, had a baby on her mind and had therefore taken measures to achieve her goal of becoming a mother.
