Chloe Bailey has been trending on social media over the last week after posting a video from her bedroom where she dances to Jeremih‘s “All the Time.”
The singer and actress is now facing major backlash for being too sexy and for showing too much on Instagram.
Chloe Bailey shared an emotional video on Instagram where she was in tears as she spoke about the many insults she has been receiving over her steamy posts.
With tears running down her eyes, she confessed: “For every woman out there, don’t change who you are to make society feel comfortable. And I’m telling myself that’s not what I’m going to do, even when I posted the video yesterday, I posted it because I was saging and doing Palo Santa and I was like, ‘Let’s spread positive vibes.”
Chloe Bailey stated: “I didn’t even really notice you guys were talking about my ass because I was like, ‘OK, I’m just walking in from one seconds, two seconds…’ And I feel like I’ve shown my ass more than I have with that like if you look at our performance videos, the last performance we had in December. Like, I was just so excited and on stage, and just being myself, so… I don’t know.”
Chloe went on to say: “I just felt it was important to address it, so you guys get to kind of know who I am inside. And it’s really hard for me to think of myself as sexual being or an attractive being quite frankly. So, when I see all the uproar about my posts and stuff, I’m a bit confused. Like, I really don’t understand because I’ve never seen myself in that way.”
The video that created so much chatter, shows off Chloe’s curvy silhouette and stunning dancing skills, is set against a backdrop of dimmed pink and blue LED lights on either side of a large bed. She flips her curly hair and struts towards the camera before showing off some more sultry moves.
“Now I really love who I am” ?

The singer-songwriter, who has been mentored by Beyoncé, was bursting with energy in the video, which was posted on Wednesday and viewed more than 2 million times by the following day.
The sister duo Chloe X Halle made the decision earlier this month to create separate Instagram accounts but still maintain their account together and remain a double act on stage.
Chloe posted the video to celebrate reaching one million followers on Instagram in just a week, after creating her account on January 19.
And her name has been appearing in social media trends for days, with her video attracting comments from Justine Skye, Ryan Destiny, and Kehlani — among others.
The 22-year-old described her video as a “special performance” to thank her million followers for their support.
It would not be the first time she has impressed followers with her dancing skills.
On January 20, as President Joe Biden was sworn into office during his inauguration ceremony, she posted a video doing a celebratory dance as she welcomed the “new president.”
Her sister, Halle, has also attracted hundreds of thousands of new followers on her individual Instagram account.
She did not hesitate to show off her own talents last week with a beautiful video as she played guitar and sang about her “thoughts on a Friday night.”
