Camilla, The Queen Consort, Respectfully Removes All Uncertainty About Prince Harry’s Invitation To King Charles’s Coronation Ceremony

On May 6th, 2023, King Charles III will have his big day in the history books. King Charles’s coronation ceremony will be held at Westminster Abbey.

Camilla, the Queen Consort, will be crowned alongside her husband. The event will be considerably smaller than the extravagant ceremony held for Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.

King Charles, who is eying a slimmed-down monarchy, will have a shorter service and fewer attendees.

Among those expected to be invited to the ceremony are the royal family members, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

While King Charles finds himself in a heartbreaking situation with Prince Harry and Markle because of the bombshell interviews and pending tell-all book, Queen Consort Camilla is not at all ambiguous about having the pair at the event.

The Queen of England wants Prince Harry, Markle, and their young children — Archie and Lilibet Diana — to be present.

According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, Camilla, the Queen Consort, is “very keen” on Prince Harry and his family attending King Charles’s monumental day, but she respects the fact that, ultimately, it will be their own decision to make.

Camilla, the Queen Consort, believes that the coronation ceremony would give The Duke and Duchess of Sussex the opportunity to repair their rift with King Charles and Prince William.

The author shared: “There is still that issue of the familial rift, that rupture at the heart of the House of Windsor, and of course, a lot of people are wondering if Harry and Megan and their family will come over for the coronation and whether that will finally signal some thawing of the rift that people had hoped might have taken place over the Queen’s funeral.”

She went on to reveal that Camilla Parker Bowles has been working behind the scenes to reunite the family and continued: “It’s going to be a decision for Harry and Megan to make. In my book, The New Royals, I do talk about how behind the scenes, Camilla has done really everything she can to try and bring this family back together and press the importance of trying to move on from this rift, and I think she would be very pleased, as would the king for Harry and Meghan to be at the coronation.”

The author concluded by: “Whether or not we see them there — we have to wait and see, but it’s my understanding they will be, of course, receiving an invitation to the coronation.”

The Sovereign might have a different view on the matter.
