Manatee Florida's Man Backyard Golf Club Alligator

There are some strange things taking place in Florida since Tropical Storm Eta hit. In a matter of days, giant creatures have reared their heads in unexpected places in the Sunshine State.

A video has surfaced on Facebook showing a large adult manatee measuring up to 13 feet eating grass in the backyard of a home located in Flagler Beach.

Social media user Matt Hathaway spotted the 3000-pound sea creature munching leaves near his house.

A baffled Hathaway captioned the Facebook post: “Tide so high we have a manatee munching on grass IN OUR YARD.” He added: “You never know what you will catch on video around here.”

Indeed it has been a bizarre week since Storm Eta pounced on Florida. A monster alligator looking like a dinosaur was also spotted prowling around a golf course as the rain poured down.

For several hours, the #jurassicpark was trending after the video of the animal that reminded people of prehistoric times surfaced.

While some on social media were laughing at the massive dinosaur-like alligator, employees at the Valencia Golf & Country Club in Naples, where the beast was seen, were scared.

Tyler Stolting, the first assistant golf professional at the club, who filmed the video, told The New York Post he was nervous about the size of the alligator and explained: “I was a little shocked, obviously. It was pretty big, the biggest one I’ve ever seen!”

Jeff Jones, who is also an employee at the golf club, added: “It’s been a while since I’ve seen one that big; I was a little shocked.”

Jones went on to explain that people in the neighborhood had seen the beast-size alligator in the past.

He claimed: “I’ve been here a long time, and I’m not surprised to see it walking across the golf course; I am a little surprised at how big it was.”

The Internet had a lot to say about the animals roaming in Florida. “The oceans are coming for Florida. Meanwhile, the governor doesn’t acknowledge climate change as a threat,” warned this person.

“Those legs look like someone made a fake one to troll around. ????? So big and how he walks like hulk hogan???????,” claimed one who has seen the wild videos.

“The most invasive species on earth. They should be controlled to the max,” revealed this commenter.

Some people initially doubted that the images were real, while some activists are suggesting that humans should leave more room for nature to express itself.
