Dave Chappelle Holds Nothing Back And Makes A Crude Joke While Tackling Donald Trump And Kanye West On ‘SNL’

Dave Chappelle hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend, and he left no stone unturned during his thought-provoking and provocative monologue.

His appearance and his take on various hot-button issues received strong reactions on social media.

The legendary comedian took on his old friend, Kanye West, former President Donald Trump, and dropped a crude joke about former first lady and glamor model Melania Trump.

Chappelle also focused on the fascinating 2022 midterm elections. The 49-year-old comedian opened the show by reading a statement that his lawyers might have written.

Before tackling Kanye West’s anti-Semitic remarks, Dave Chappelle unfolded a small piece of paper and read the following message to the viewers: “I renounce anti-semitism in all its forms – that, Kanye, is how you buy yourself some time. I’ve been doing this for 35 years. Two words in the English language, words you should never say – The and Jews. No one does good after they say that.”

The comedian launched his expanded opening monologue with the controversial topic du jour — Kanye West’s anti-semitic remarks.

On Kanye West, Chappelle said: “I don’t think Kanye is crazy. He’s possibly not well. I’ve been to Hollywood, and this is just what I saw. It’s a lot of Jews. Like a lot. There are a lot of Black people in Ferguson, Missouri, doesn’t mean they run the place. You might go out in Hollywood, and you might start connecting some kind of lines, and you might adopt the delusion that Jews run show business. It’s not a crazy thing to think, but it’s a crazy thing to say out loud.”

While roasting Kanye West, Dave Chappelle dealt a blow to Adidas by reminding the world that Nazis founded the German company.

Chappelle talked about Kim Kardashian‘s former husband’s appearance on the Drink Champs podcast last month, where he boldly said, “I can say anti-Semitic things, and Adidas won’t drop me.”

Chappelle said: “They dropped him immediately. Ironically Adidas was founded by Nazis, and even they were offended. I guess the students have surpassed the teachers.”

During his 15-minute monologue on SNL, Chappelle, a proud Democrat, had a lengthy commentary on Donald Trump and why he appeals to voters in states like Ohio, Michigan, and Florida.

On Donald Trump, he said: “News is declaring the end of the Trump era. In New York, I can see how you might see the end of the Trump era. I live in Ohio amongst the poor whites, and a lot of you don’t understand why Trump was so popular, but I get it. I hear it every day. He was loved because people in Ohio have never seen anyone like him. He’s an honest liar. He said, ‘I know the system is rigged because I use it. Then he got out his Illuminati membership card and chopped a line of cocaine with it.”

That segment led to a lewd remark about Melania Trump. One Melania Trump, Chappelle said: “His wife is beautiful, no question about it, but she looks like the kind of chick that James Bond would smash but not trust.”

Kyrie Irving made headlines for his decision to share a link to an antisemitic film on Twitter and was subsequently suspended by the Brooklyn Nets.

On Kyrie Irving, Chappelle said: “This is where I draw the line. I know the Jewish people have been through terrible things all over the world, but you can’t blame that on Black Americans. You just can’t. A fair punishment would be that he just posts a link to Schindler’s List, and you all write your own captions! Kylie Irving was nowhere near the Holocaust. In fact, he’s not even certain it existed.”

Herschel Walker, a former football player and now a Republican who is running in Georgia’s Senate runoff election,
made a political gaffe this week by saying: “Do you know we’re the greatest country in the United States, in the world? Because we have the United States military.”

Chappelle obliterated Walker by joking: “I don’t want to speak badly of him because he’s Black, but I have to admit he’s observably stupid.”

Chappelle’s Saturday Night Live hosting gig has tongues wagging — many called it pure comedy genius, and others say they were offended by his alleged propaganda.
