Prince William took a little break to focus on what truly matters — his wife’s health.
Now that Kate Middleton has completed chemotherapy and is regaining her strength, Prince William has announced that they are back to the business of the monarchy, which includes their royal duties, public engagements, and charitable work.
Prince William and his wife are back and ready to expand their global influence, which includes their work on mental health, environmental conservation, and other global issues.
And what better place to start their outreach than the United States? It has been confirmed that Prince William and Princess Kate will pitch their tents on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s lawn.
Royal staff members have announced to The Daily Mail that Catherine, Princess of Wales, and Prince William are relaunching plans for their charitable foundation in the US by having their lawyers push to “win the necessary approval for registering the foundation’s brand from the American trademark authorities that they broke into their summer holiday to complete vital paperwork.”
The heir and future Queen will be focusing on mental health. Insiders say the move is a clear sign that Middleton is on the road to recovery from her cancer battle.
A royal source revealed to The Mail: “The ambitious move is further evidence that the Princess, 42, is ‘on the road to recovery’ from cancer as she prepares for a return to ‘light duties’ after completing chemotherapy.”
The attorney on behalf of Kensington Palace has filed an application to the US Patent and Trademark Office for “campaigning” and “fundraising” linked to “mental health initiatives.”
The application also included a “request for printed race numbers, clothing, footwear, and headgear,” prompting speculation that the couple, both keen runners, was planning to host a charity fun run in the US.”
The move implies that Kate Middleton and Prince William will soon bring their positive influence to New York.
Royal experts revealed in The Mail that it is a real indication of Middleton’s significant return.
Royal commentator Richard Palmer said: “Given the speculation that the princess might never return to full-time work, this is a positive sign that she and William have hopes of expanding the Royal Foundation in the US. Perhaps [it]wants to raise its profile to tap into American philanthropists?”
Joe Little of Majesty Magazine added: “It’s another sign that the Princess is on the road to recovery. A lot of thought and planning into this application, and we can only interpret this as a positive step.”
It also announces trouble for Prince Harry and Markle, who have been struggling to make an impact with their businesses and charities in the past months.
The Archewell Foundation has not been able to attract big donors like before. Markle’s highly anticipated lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, died before its launch. All of Markle’s trademarks for ARO have been denied, and she has not been able to capitalize on her viral samples to sell her products.
Markle and Prince Harry have also lost many top staffers who were supposed to take them to higher heights with their careers and influence.
