Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have left Canada for a variety of reasons. Will this move ease family tension?

Thomas Markle Jr., the older sibling of Meghan, made headlines recently, as the 54-year-old made some unexpected remarks about the Duchess of Sussex.

Thomas strongly advised his younger sister that it was time for her to “get off her high horse” and allow her father to finally see his grandson.

According to Thomas, his 75-year-father, Thomas Markle was convinced that he did not have much time left and was bewildered at the fact that he was not able to meet his grandson.

Furthermore, Thomas continued by stating that Meghan and Prince Harry’s marriage was doomed right from the start, and the former actress would do anything to find her way back to Hollywood.

The estranged brother of the Duchess of Sussex even remarked that his sister was never classified as “an A-list actress,” and her highest achievement in acting was being only a “character in a series.”

He told the Express: “Meghan should actually just seriously get off her high horse, call her father, make amends. My dad’s dying wish, he tells me on the phone, is just so he can just make amends and see Archie. And have his daughter back in his life – I mean, we owe him that.”

He added: ‘”He is so frustrated because he can’t get a message to her. He is still bewildered, he is still lost, he is getting frustrated now to where he is just going to enjoy the rest of his life, and he is just going to blow it off.”

Meghan and Prince Harry shocked the world in January when they brought the news that they had decided to leave their positions as working royals and settle in North America instead.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent the last week in the UK in order to attend their last events as senior royals.

Meanwhile, according to Thomas, his sister and her husband’s choice to quit working full-time for the Royal Family was “mind-boggling” and stated that Meghan would always want to be in the spotlight, which would most likely lead to problems in her marriage.

Thomas also expressed the hope that the couple still had feelings for each other, but unfortunately, Prince Harry was not the same anymore.

In a documentary that was released recently, Meghan’s father happily spilled all the details of their last phone call with her just hours before she got married.

He said: “Harry said to me, “If you had listened to me, this wouldn’t have happened to you. It’s too bad I didn’t die because then you guys could pretend you were sad” and then I hung up on them. I was done.”

Thomas explained that he has not met Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and added: “I don’t think at this point they’re thrilled to see me or want to talk to me. The last time they might see me is being lowered into the ground.”

As the coronavirus continues to make waves around the globe, Meghan and Prince Harry have fled Canada for Los Angeles in a private jet with their 10-month-old son.

The Sun has reported: “This move was planned for some time. They realized Canada would not work out for various reasons and they want to be based in the Los Angeles area. They have a big support network there. It’s where their new team of Hollywood agents and PRs and business managers are based. Meghan has lots of friends there and, of course, her mum Doria.”

These changes are occurring as Prince Charles continues to fight the COVID-19.
