Kim Kardashian shows the world that she is doing all she can to be happy, despite her ongoing divorce and her name being dragged in a messy case involving the feds.

On Tuesday, the reality TV star took to Instagram, and she flaunted her famous curves with a series of photos by wearing a barely-there string bikini that showed maybe too much.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians talent, 40, exposed her beyond flat stomach by wearing a crop khaki green shirt.

To show off even more of her famous body, Kanye West‘s ex-wife left the shirt untied, so her cleavage can be seen.

Kim Kardashian had her long black hair flowing on her back, wore no makeup, and donned a large pair of glasses.

The mother posed in front of several palm trees as she played with her long locks.

The major bikini photo drop comes after Kim Kardashian revealed on the final season of her hit reality series that she no longer wants to feel like a loser and hopes to be happy in life.

While crying, Kardashian stated: “I feel like a loser, you know?” Kris Jenner told her weeping daughter: “I just want you to be happy and joyful.” Kardashian responded by: “Yeah, and I’m ready too.”

The feds are making it hard for the influencer to bask in happiness. According to official court documents, Kim Kardashian has found herself in a legal pickle over a priceless Ancient Roman statue dating from the 1st or 2nd centuries.

In 2016, authorities seized a $750,000 shipment containing 40 pieces of antiques, furniture, and decorations intended for Kim Kardashian as she and then-husband Kanye West were renovating their mansion.

The sculpture entitled “Fragment of Myron Samian Athena” was part of the shipment and was “looted, smuggled and illegally exported from Italy,” according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials.

The court document stated: “Based on the information and scientific aspects the archaeologist provided, the archaeologist opined that the defendant statue was looted, smuggled, and illegally exported from Italy.”

While Kardashian is not accused of any wrongdoing, she issued the following statement on the matter: “Kim never purchased this piece and this is the first that she has learned of its existence. We believe it may have been purchased using her name without authorization and because it was never received, she was unaware of the transaction. We encourage an investigation and hope that it gets returned to the rightful owners.”

Kardashian is currently studying to become an attorney.
