The reality TV star completed the sexy look with leather gloves. Her caption read: “Discipline.”
A fan called the remark and photo rude and added: “She used to be my fave too, but I think she’s very rude in her captions. It’s directed towards her haters and fans. I don’t like that.”

According to recent reports, the spouse of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is now facing even more legal troubles as Thomas Girardi has been pretending that he suffers from memory loss.
Apparently, the lawyer, who rose to prominence by handling some high-profile cases at the beginning of the century, currently owes a lot of money to various creditors but has not taken any measures on covering his bills and was even forced to declare involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
According to a new official document, filed by the brother of the notorious lawyer, Robert Girardi, his sibling was “incapable of realizing and understanding the repercussions of the bankruptcy filings pending against him and the Debtor. Furthermore, the TG is not capable of making rational decisions with respect to his or the Debtor’s financial responsibilities”.
Robert also stated that he would try to help his brother by managing his assets and presenting his financial records in court.
The reportedly worried sibling explained that he tried to discuss the situation with Thomas and how it was best to handle the Involuntary Petitions that were pending, but Thomas was not able to grasp the seriousness of the case.
According to Robert, his brother was in no condition to make “rational decisions” regarding his financial situation and tended to offer “solutions and opinions that are factually impossible.”
However, Edelson PC, one of Thomas’s numerous creditors, claimed that Mr. Girardi proved that he was not incompetent, as, in October 2020, he even gave an interview, during which he appeared to be sharp as ever.
It has been confirmed that in late January, Erika Jayne and estranged husband Tom Girardi’s $16 million mansion was burglarized.
According to the police, the thieves entered the home by breaking through a window. Detectives do not know what was stolen from the estate.
