Paulina Porizkova is unapologetic about her flawless body at the age of 56, which is why she has taken to Instagram to share a series of photos with no clothes on.
Fresh off her stunning Vogue Czechoslovakia cover where she has opted for a full-frontal nude, Paulina Porizkova has decided to once more send pulse racing by posing in skimpy panties and nothing else.
The supermodel, who left little to the imagination, covered her chest with her arms.
The Czech-born Swedish model stood in a beautifully decorated room that featured a remarkable painting of a naked woman.
Via the caption, she spoke about the fact that she was ashamed of her knees and has since learned to love her entire body.
She explained: “For my whole modeling life, I’ve been vaguely ashamed of my legs. Of course, it was always pointed out to me that my legs were not perfect. Cherub knees (if you concentrate on just the knee cap, you can see a cherub face) instead of the socially required bony ones, the thighs a little wider than hips (looks terrible in shorts!), and the length not particularly advantageous if compared to the length of my torso. Don’t send Paulina in for the pantyhose commercial.”
She continued: “It took me all the way to 56 to accept my legs. I can’t even say I like them- just accept them as mine and be happy with the way they work. And then I see a photo of myself like these in the issue of Vogue and think, damn. What the hell am I thinking? There is nothing wrong with my legs.”
Paulina Porizkova also shared another unretouched photo where she is wearing a unique crop top and is flashing her toned stomach.
She penned a brief note explaining why she loves the photo saying: “I love this photo of me. All the details of my age are here, the neck, the wrinkles, and I think I look great. Thanks, @marietomanova, and @vogueczechoslovakia, for showing me at my best- but unretouched.”
Earlier this week, Paulina Porizkova broke the Internet as she celebrated the 40th anniversary of her first Vogue Germany cover.
The influencer appeared on the cover with her blonde hair cascading on her shoulders, wearing a completely sheer bodysuit as she leaned on against a vintage piece of furniture in her Manhattan apartment.
She celebrated the spectacular cover photo by saying: “Exactly 40 years after my very first (German) Vogue cover at the age of sixteen, here is a new one, one of the most fun and playful.”
She added: “For you peeps who have a problem with the lack of coverup — you can peruse the pages fully dressed.”
In a recent interview, she opened up about her desire to appear with no clothes on in some of her photos: “In my 20s, I was celebrated for showing up in lingerie. I was getting a lot of money for it, and everybody loved me. In my 50s, I still think I look pretty good in lingerie, but the reaction is reviled, obviously not by everybody, but yeah, there’s a fair amount of backlash.”
The supermodel has found an interesting niche in the fashion industry.
