Kendall Jenner is single again after dating Devin Booker on and off for the past two years. The 27-year-old supermodel and the NBA star broke up last month and have decided to remain good friends.
Jenner started facing questions about her romantic status after she was spotted enjoying herself at Harry Styles‘s concert in Los Angeles last week.
Kim Kardashian‘s sister was accompanied by her sibling, Kylie Jenner, and friend Hailey Bieber.
It was an interesting outing because Styles, 28, and Jenner have dated eight years ago. Moreover, the former One Direction vocalist is newly single after dating Don’t Worry Darling director and actress Olivia Wilde, 38, for two years.
A source shared with Page Six: “Harry didn’t dump Olivia or vice versa. It’s impossible to have a relationship when he’s in every continent next year, and Olivia has her job and her kids. This is the right thing for both of them.”
An insider told PEOPLE: “He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in LA. It’s a very amicable decision. They’re still very close friends.”
A pal also stated: “Right now, they have different priorities that are keeping them apart. The public pressure on them has been difficult. They’ve had ups and downs throughout the relationship.”
For the 818 Tequila founder, Styles was always the ideal boyfriend. Despite keeping in touch over the years, they have never been able to make it work.
A source told PEOPLE in 2016: “Harry has always been ‘that guy for Kendall. She would love to be in a real relationship with him, but he’s always had issues settling down in the past with her because he has that rock star mentality.”
Booker, 26, and Jenner had split in the month of June before getting back together in August. At the time, they had said that they wanted to focus on their careers.
The new breakup is fueled by the same idea to prioritize their careers. An insider told PEOPLE: “Both have incredibly busy schedules right now with their careers, and they’ve decided to make that a priority.”
Another source went in the same direction and added: “They have a lot of love and respect for each other and wish only the best.”
In the past years, Jenner had signaled her desire to get into a serious relationship. She even said that her family is pushing for her to get married and have children.
