Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have forced the royal family members to reveal their true selves with their extraordinary Netflix docuseries.
The California-based couple made multiple revelations and delivered personal criticism that angered King Charles III and Prince William and left Queen Camilla confused.
They have caused irreparable damage to Queen Elizabeth II‘s reign and legacy. And they have painted a cold and almost robot-like image of Kate Middleton.
Sources and close friends of the royals have spoken out to say how they feel after the bombs dropped. Middleton’s pals explained that she is not reacting like her husband and father-in-law.
The Princess of Wales is said to be hurt but has decided that she will not give Prince Harry and Markle what they desperately crave — an answer.
Middleton has decided to adopt Queen Elizabeth’s way of doing things, she will not complain, and she will not explain.
Unlike other royal family members, Catherine, Princess of Wales, opted not to watch the series.
Kensington Palace’s seniors revealed to the Daily Express: “Princess of Wales will refuse to watch the first three episodes of the documentary.”
She knew Prince Harry and Markle would ruin her reputation as they did in the bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview. She was correct. Markle gleefully described her first meeting with Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Telling a million viewers that Middleton was rigid, there were no hugs, or the hugs were less than warm and welcoming when she was introduced to the future Queen.
Markle confirmed that the Kate Middleton that the world sees outside during royal engagements, walkabouts, and interviews — professional, reserved, and firm — is the same that resides inside the Palace walls.
The former actress claimed that she was relieved when Middleton and Prince William exited the home, and she could finally relax and be herself.
In episode two of the show, Meghan Markle said the following about the dinner: “When Will and Kate came over, and I met her for the first time, they came over for dinner, I remember I was in ripped jeans, and I was barefoot.”
Markle continued: “I was a hugger. I’ve always been a hugger, and I didn’t realize that that is really jarring for a lot of Brits. I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside.”
She added: “There is a forward-facing way of being, and then you close the door and go, ‘You can relax now, but that formality carries over on both sides. And that was surprising to me.”
