One person in the British monarchy has been able to get through Prince Harry and Meghan Markle — even if it is too late.
Prince Harry and his wife, Markle, have created a new business model that has earned them millions of dollars and shot them to the highest level of fame.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have decided that airing the Royal Family’s dirty laundry is the path to great success.
The self-exiled couple amassed a fortune via a Spotify podcast, a Netflix docuseries, and the record-breaking best-selling memoir Spare. But, at what cost?
The countless revelations have all but inevitably ended the relationships between the Sussex couple and King Charles III and Prince William.
In recent interviews, while promoting Spare, Prince Harry revealed that he and Markle are no longer in contact with King Charles and Prince William.
Prince Harry and Markle hope to reconcile with the British family despite the ongoing royal cold war. While King Charles is playing both courts with his son and daughter-in-law, Prince William has made it clear that he no longer wants a relationship with the pair, not now, not in the future.
A close friend of William, Prince of Wales, confirmed to the Daily Beast: “The relationship between Harry and William is now non-existent. They haven’t spoken since the book came out, and William has no intention of picking up the phone any time soon.”
Prince William’s brutal and public manner of terminating his links with Prince Harry and Markle seems to have struck a chord.
Prince Harry and Markle seemed to have capitulated and are taking a new direction with their upcoming projects.
This week, it was confirmed via a significant announcement that Prince Harry and Markle have drastically shaken things at their companies Archewell Productions and Archewell Audio.
Prince Harry and Markle have parted ways with Ben Browning, who worked as head of content for Archewell Productions and Archewell Audio and Fara Taylor, who served as head of marketing for Archewell.
A statement from Prince Harry and Markle read: “Ben and Fara have been integral to the creation and execution of many critically and commercially acclaimed projects during their tenure. They have expertly delivered content and campaigns that have exceeded expectations and made their mark within the cultural zeitgeist. They played a critical role in helping to tell the stories of the Duke and Duchess thus far, and the couple remains hugely grateful for their support on those vital ‘look back’ projects, as they now look forward.”
The firings of the top staffers who helped craft the Netflix series and documentaries and the Spotify podcast indicate that Prince Harry and Markle are done sharing their grievances and are looking to create content with depth that is focused on other topics.
Royal expert Jack Royston said this about the changes at Archewell via Express: “Harry and Meghan’s head of communications has announced some staff changes—a few people leaving, some promotions, a few new hires.”
He added: “But, most importantly of all, a move away from ‘look back’ projects as they now move forwards to their future outside the royal family. For almost two years since Oprah in March 2021, Harry and Meghan have—through a number of different formats and a number of different projects—been retelling basically the same story, which was about their exit from royal life.”
Prince Harry has turned his pain into an ATM.
