The prince, who stepped down from his royal duties four years ago, claimed that the double health issues that have struck the Royal Family have made him understand more than ever that he needs to be in London.
Many are hinting that Prince Harry is even willing to travel to his native country without his wife, Meghan Markle.
Royal watchers are torn, and some believe that Prince Harry has been rattled by the news that King Charles III and Kate Middleton are battling cancer after undergoing major surgeries.
They believe that Prince Harry is sincere in his decision to see his father and sister-in-law more often and will therefore make the effort to return to his native country after the chaos he created with his revelations.
Reports claim that Prince Harry is hoping to bring Meghan Markle and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to the UK this year.
Via Express, royal expert Nathan Kay wrote: “The grenades have been coming thick and fast from across the pond for years now, but the Sussexes still seem hellbent on forcing their way back into Britain whether we like it or not.”
However, a few claimed that Prince Harry is talking about family unity as a cynical ploy to remain connected to the British monarchy.
For the sake of his reality shows, contracts, and his need to gather information about the royals for the highest bidder, Prince Harry has to touch base with his famous family every once in a while.
However, it seems that even though King Charles is juggling health issues and the monarchy’s affairs, he is very much well-alert and aware of Prince Harry’s every move.
The quick-thinking monarch has decided to call Prince Harry’s bluff with this clever gesture or reaction.
A well-placed society source told Page Six that His Majesty has made plans to welcome Prince Harry, Markle, and their children in his not-so-humble abode in Scotland.
To test the former soldier, King Charles’s irreproachable gesture in the shape of an invitation to Balmoral Castle has been leaked to the media.
The royal insider told the press: “I can see Charles desperately wanting to see the children, and extending this olive branch to Meghan and Harry. He may decide that life is just too short. Balmoral is truly the perfect, restful place for a reunion. If he does issue an invite, then Harry and Meghan should surely agree to the visit.”
So will Prince Harry confirm that he was indeed sincere about resolving his differences with his family by traveling to Scotland? Or will he pull the long list of excuses such as security, Markle’s no love for London, or his fear of facing Prince William and decline the meet-up – only time will tell.
Either way, King Charles scores a win.
