Now, former staff members, who Meghan Markle dismissed, have come forward to share some details about their experiences, shedding light on the ugly rumors surrounding the couple.
An ex-employee revealed that they are horrible bosses who make their workers regret their career paths.
A person formerly employed by the pair spoke to Page Six to explain that their ex and current staff are unhappy with their treatment.
The individual stated that they regret signing contracts to be in direct contact with Prince Harry and Markle. The insider stated: “What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don’t think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance.”
The former staffer also told the outlet that despite being highly trained professionals, these people feel they need help to handle the pressure of being employed by Sussex.
The person claimed: “These aren’t employees they had just found off the streets. Many of them have previously excelled working for demanding bosses in high-performance companies and environments.”
Markle has been the subject of a lengthy investigation paid for by the British monarchy over serious claims that she bullied multiple staff members during her time as a working member of the Royal Family.
