Nicole Kidman has entered a powerful and emotional phase where she wants to work on two significant relationships in her life.
Despite her emotional plea, Tom Cruise, the one person who could potentially help her, has not responded to Kidman’s desperate call to mend the situation.
Late last year, Nicole Kidman made the devastating revelation that she lost her beloved mother, Janelle.
Kidman profoundly regrets that her two eldest children did not have the opportunity to spend more time with their grandmother, Janelle.
According to the Daily Mail, the tragic loss of her mother, Janelle, has significantly influenced Kidman’s outlook on life and her relationships.
Nicole Kidman is now resolute in her desire to reunite with her two estranged children, whom she shares with Tom Cruise.
During their marriage, Cruise and Kidman adopted two children, Isabella and Connor.
After Kidman divorced Cruise, she was no longer allowed to have a relationship with her children because they were devoted Scientologists.
It is believed that Kidman was not invited to Bella’s wedding. According to the controversial church of Scientology, nonmembers are not allowed to have relationships and bonds with believers of the religion.
However, it seems after many years of estrangement, Nicole Kidman is ready to reconnect with Isabella, 31, and Connor, 29,
According to the media outlet: “Losing her mum has made Nicole not want to waste any more time. It hurt Janelle that she and her husband Antony were estranged from [Isabella and Connor].”
The source also revealed the deep regret over missed opportunities with Janelle and added: “They were their first two grandchildren and were once very close. It was a deep regret that they were unable to see her in person before she died,’ added the source. This regret is fueling Kidman’s need for a proper reconciliation.”
Tom Cruise, the most famous Scientologist on earth, is close to Bella and Connor. The father is often photographed at various events with his children.
It appears that Cruise has declined to help Kidman despite her public plea. In a past interview, Kidman was emotional as she spoke about the divide between herself and her children because of religious rules and beliefs.
She told the British media outlet that she had been forced to respect their decision, even though it was painful. Kidman stated: “My kids don’t call me mommy; they don’t even call me mom. They call me Nicole, which I hate, and I tell them off for it. They have made choices to be Scientologists. It’s our job as a parent to always offer unconditional love.”
She added: “[I do] not have a big social life. I have my work, I have my family, I have my own inner landscape that I explore. I choose that probably more than I choose to be out partying.”
Kidman is also the mother of Sunday, 16, and Faith, 13, with her current husband, Keith Urban.
