Luxembourg’s Royal Family recently delighted the Internet with a couple of never-before-seen pictures that showed the son of the heir to the throne, Prince Guillaume and his wife, Princess Stephanie, for the very first time.
The newest addition to the royal family was born on May 10 and was named Prince Charles Jean Philippe Joseph Marie Guillaume, and the news about the arrival of the second in line to the throne was quickly announced on social media.
Back then, the message stated, “The Heir Couple is delighted to announce the birth of their son this Sunday, May 10, 2020, at 5.13 a.m. at the Maternity Grande-Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg.”
However, due to the ongoing global pandemic, the Grand Duke and Duchess could not meet their grandson in person but resorted to a video call, but nevertheless, the happy grandparents were allegedly “charged with emotion.”
The royal family waited a month before releasing any pictures of the little one and surprised the public with a series of adorable snaps.
In one of the photographs, which combined several generations of Luxembourg’s Royal Family showed Prince Guillaume holding proudly his newborn son in the company of his father, Henri, the current Grand Duke of Luxembourg, and the three of them were standing in front of a portrait of Henri’s late father, Jean.
In another picture, the gorgeous infant was photographed with his smiling mother, who was holding her son next to a giant fuzzy teddy bear.
A third photograph showed the two proud parents standing outside and smiling, while Princess Stephanie is cradling the sleeping toddler in her arms. Royal fans are obsessed with the adorable baby boy.
A well-wisher penned this note: “What a wonderful photo How moving it is to see Dad, Son and Grandson in front of the portrait of L.A.R. Grand Duke Jean, Father, Grandfather and great-grandfather. May God protect our Grand-Ducal Family.”
The family received a sweet message from a social media user who said: “Wonderful photo and beautiful baby.To the dear little baby who will once again lead our country, all the best❤️.”
Another royal backer wrote: “Congratulations ? warm welcome to the Prince Charles of Luxembourg ???Beautiful genes from both parents. God bless.”

They are richer than most dynasties, they don’t stand out too much, and most importantly, there is no press and public waiting to follow and criticize how much money they spend. The advantages of being a country with a low population, small and prosperous country.”
