There were many wild reactions to Kimberly Guilfoyle‘s over-energized and dark speech at the 2020 Republican National Convention last week.
Guilfoyle, who is dating Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., gave roaring remarks, speaking loudly, screaming at times, and raising her arms as she praised POTUS.
Critics said the former Fox News host attempted to make most Americans go straight into panic mode with her straight scare style remarks.
Immediately, the video of Guilfoyle’s speech went viral, and oddly, the words cocaine and coke started trending on Twitter and elsewhere as critics started to spread rumors, especially after Don Jr. took to the stage.
Trump called Guilfoyle moments after her speech aired and showered her with praises.
The president told the TV personality, she was like Eva “Evita” Perón — the former first lady of Argentina who inspired Lloyd Webber to make the famous musical Evita.
The leader of the free world went on to reveal: “That was fantastic…so amazing. So much energy…so much passion, nobody could have done that, but you, my Kimberly, it was one of the “greatest speeches I have ever seen.”
He also opted to throw his son, Don Jr. under the bus with: “It was terrific, and that it was one of my favorites from the convention, it was better than Don’s.”
Guilfoyle said in her fiery speech: “This election is a battle for the soul of America. Your choice is clear. Do you support the cancel culture? The cosmopolitan elites of Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Joe Biden, who blame America first? Do you think America is to blame? Or, do you believe in American greatness? Believe in yourself? In President Trump? In individual and personal responsibility? They want to destroy this country and everything that we have fought for and hold dear. They want to steal your liberty, your freedom. ”
She continued with: “They want to control what you see and think and believe so that they can control how you live. They want to enslave you to the weak, dependent, liberal victim ideology to the point that you will not recognize this country or yourself.”
Guilfoyle concluded by: “President Trump is the leader who will rebuild the promise of America and ensure that every citizen can realize their American Dream. Ladies and gentlemen, leaders and fighters for freedom and liberty and the American Dream, the best is yet to come!”
Despite the energy, the Democratic Party and Trump’s rival for the presidency, Joe Biden, were able to win the ratings race when it comes to this year’s conventions.
