Emma Corrin (Diana In ‘The Crown’) Stuns In GQ Photos As She Shares Interesting Thought About Prince William And His Brother, Harry

Emma Corrin The Crown Season 4 Diana Princess Of Wales

Emma Corrin is the breakout star of The Crown Season 4, that premiered on Sunday via Netflix. The Pennyworth actress got glowing reviews for her impressive performance.

The 24-year-old English actress, who portrays Diana, Princess of Wales, now has the Internet melting thanks to a series of sizzling photos for British GQ. She is the cover girl for the latest digital edition of GQ Hype.

It was the perfect occasion to showcase her incredible physique and she used sheer outfits to accentuate that component of the photoshoot.

The racy pictures have convinced some fans of the show that she is nothing like Diana. However, others have argued that the late popular princess had a wild side too.

In the interview with the publication, Corrin reveals some of her views of the royal family. When it comes to Prince William and his brother, Prince Harry, her impressions are mixed.

She stated: “I’d be interested to know what they think. If I ever saw them at a party, I’d probably leave!”

Corrin also shared her opinion about Prince Charles and Diana’s marriage: “The real mistake was that the marriage happened in the first place.”

She continued: “She had this idea of what she wanted it to be because she was so young. I drew on my own experience for that. I think of myself as young, but I was 23 when we were filming. Diana was 19; 16 at the start.”

Corrin poured a lot of herself into the role mentally, but it was also challenging physically. After a freezing pool scene, she had to be hospitalized.

She explained: “I had to film a scene in a freezing-cold swimming pool, with the kids playing William and Harry. It was honestly the hardest scene to film because I was genuinely keeping myself alive treading water, and also keeping 5-year-old ‘Harry’ alive, as we found out he couldn’t swim!”

She also added: “We were meant to be flying back that night to the U.K., so we went past a hospital to get me antibiotics. The doctors gave me an oxygen test and said, ‘We cannot let you go because your oxygen levels are so low,’ so I was hospitalized.”

The new season of The Crown covers Diana’s arrival in the royal family and the ensuing drama. The marriage might have been iconic, but the handling of the whole thing was never ideal.

Gillian Anderson as Margaret Thatcher also made an impression.
