This singer and actress recently took to social media, where she posted a series of photos that left fans in shock. Lovato has decided to chop off most of her stunning long black hair.
The activist debuted a new blonde hairstyle with both sides and the back of her head completely shaved off.
The diva flaunted the new edgy look hours after commanding the stage as the host of the People’s Choice Awards.
The “Tell Me You Love Me” singer wore a sizzling black leather outfit to debut the equally exciting new hairdo.
She posted a photo where she is giving a look at the back of her shaved head and penned this caption: “I did a thing…”
One fan had this positive remark: “You can rock anything!!! ????.” Another commenter chimed in: “Mam this hair is a serve! I cannot get over this hair!”
Many were left baffled because Max Ehrich also stepped into the comment section to share his thoughts on a very different topic.
Ehrich, who was Lovato’s fiancé for a brief period, was upset that she made a joke about their romance while hosting the show.
At the awards show, Lovato had this to say about her failed romance: “I am so excited to be here tonight because honestly, this year has been the longest three years of my life. Don’t get me wrong; it started out amazing. I performed at the Grammys and sung the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. Thank you!”
She added: “But then COVID hit and everything shut down, so I did what everyone else did, I went into lockdown mode and got engaged. I got into painting, photography, meditation, tested the limits of Postmates Unlimited. I also didn’t know this could happen, but I reached the end of Instagram four times. I binged seven seasons of Pretty Little Liars, got unengaged, and then I went looking for aliens in the desert, so basically the same as everyone else.”
Lovato’s former fiancé, who is not happy about the way the engagement and romance ended, had this to say: “Stop talking about me at award shows.”
He later wrote: “Exploiting our breakup for clout at PCA is not chill.”
It seems that the former lovebirds need more time to fully process what went wrong in their relationship.
