Salma Hayek surprised her fans with an unexpected revelation on social media.
The 54-year-old From Dusk Till Dawn actress has been continuously updating her Instagram profile with numerous bikini photos that left nothing to the imagination and put her stunning curves on display.
However, the popular movie star recently explained that the photographs were not new as they were taken “towards the end of last year” when she was on vacation.
According to the brunette bombshell, she wanted to get in shape back then and managed to lose a lot of weight via dieting and rigorous exercising.
Salma Hayek also revealed that the photographs showed her in her best form as she stated: “I had to lose a lot of weight and exercise to get into the bikini towards the end of last year. I’m glad I took a lot of pictures; I have no shame on it because it was the first week of the vacation.”
The actress valued the images so much because she was not in the same physical condition now after being in quarantine for so long.
Salma Hayek further shared: “I saved my pictures; I’m not in the same condition today, and I’m spreading the love out like every two weeks.”
The Frida star confessed that even though she tried to eat healthy at the beginning of the pandemic, she did not keep up with her diet, and like millions of people, she started indulging in food because of the quarantine.
Salma Hayek confessed: “But after that first week and when I heard that everybody was going back into quarantine, I started eating again.”
However, Hayek stated that she was inspired to continue sharing bikini snaps on Instagram despite the possibility that some people would think that she is wearing swimwear every day.
For the time being, Salma Hayek’s photos appear to be a real hit among her numerous fans, as every one of the beach snaps gathered thousands of likes and many positive comments.
Supporters are constantly asking her to keep the steamy photos coming because she looks amazing, and she inspires them to try to look their best while in lockdown.
The Mexican-born actress has recently slammed those who believe that she married her billionaire husband, François-Henri Pinault, for money.
The mother of one explained: “And, you know, when I married him, everybody said, ‘Oh, it’s arranged marriage, she married him for the money.’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, whatever, bitch. Think what you want.’ Fifteen years together, and we are strong in love. And I don’t even get offended, I’m like, ‘Yeah, whatever.'”
The artist has grown in different ways since her 2009 marriage.
