Jane Seymour is captivating her fans with new projects when not making headlines for her stunning bikini photos.
This week, it was announced that the British-American actress will be the main star and will executive produce a fascinating new Irish mystery thriller called Harry Wild.
The eight-part series will air on AMC Networks streamer Acorn TV. Seymour will play Harriet Wild, a retired professor who decided to meddle in a case her detective son, Charlie, is working on.
After helping her son solve the case and catching the killer, she gets a new lease on life.
Seymour explained: “From the first moment I read the script, I fell in love with Harry Wild and am beyond excited to head to Ireland and step into the role of this very curious and passionate retired professor.”
Recently, Jane Seymour captivated her fandom with her youthful appearance, as the 70-year-old Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star was spotted relaxing with her close ones in Hawaii.
The popular actress looked better than ever, frolicking around in an array of bikinis and made many people wonder how she achieved this fantastic look.
In the past, Seymour has shared that she was very dedicated to healthy eating and her diet consisted mainly of green vegetables and lean meats such as chicken and fish.
The actress also stated that she was not a fan of late dinners, and she tried to eat early at night regularly.
The celebrity revealed another method of staying healthy as she explained: “I drink a lot of water, and if I feel like I want to detox, I drink water with lemon juice and lemon rind in it.”
Moreover, Seymour’s routine also involved rigorous training, as her workouts consisted of combining pilates, Gyrotonic with cardio sessions, and fast walking.
Seymour’s recent trip with her family was a rare occasion of peace and quiet, as the actress is currently involved in a couple of upcoming productions.
Reportedly, one of Seymour’s latest roles was the one of Eleanor of Aquitaine in the new TV series Glow & Darkness.
The actress’s addition to the project did not go without some drama, as she initially wanted to portray the character in scenes in which Eleanor was 25 years old.
However, Seymour’s request to play the young version of her character was denied, and she voiced her disappointment with, “It’s something I really don’t understand at all because believe it or not, and you can see on Instagram, they don’t even need to do the facial stuff on me.”
Seymour is not the type to back down easily.
