Prince Harry’s Confessions Have Left The Royal Family Baffled Ahead Of London Trip With Meghan Markle

Prince Harry Meghan Markle Confessions

Prince Harry‘s love and hate relationship with the media has left many in the royal family confused.

According to a royal author, Prince Harry’s decision to have “unexpected moments” with the press has made him unrecognizable to the relatives he left behind in England.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have often used their platforms and speeches to blast the media for poking its nose in their businesses, preventing them from having the privacy they need and sharing misinformation.

Yet, Prince Harry enjoys chatting with reporters and TV hosts to promote his various projects and reveal his truth about certain personal matters.

Royal author Tina Brown recently sat down for an interview on 60 Minutes Australia to talk about Prince Harry’s interactions with the media post-“Megxit.”

The royal watcher told host Liam Bartlett that members of the royal family could not understand why is it he “can’t seem to stop talking to the press” and added: “He’s a strange mix, isn’t he, on the one hand, he has this pathological hatred of the press, and on the other hand, he’s quite happy to use them to seal the entertainment deals, to do the headline interviews, to promote his book.”

Brown went on to say: “It’s certainly a paradox that a man who kept saying all he wanted was privacy now can’t seem to stop talking. I think that is baffling to his family.”

She added that Prince Harry’s behavior had sparked questions among the royals.

She noted: “In fact, one of the things I heard constantly from within the Royal Family, people, they said like we don’t recognize Harry. We don’t understand, you know, why he’s doing this. We don’t understand it”.

The writer continued by saying that Prince Harry’s decision to use the press to his advantage to make sure that his massive Netflix and book deals have success might come at a hefty price.

Brown explained: “It is kind of baffling; it’s almost as if suddenly liberated from, you know, all the constraints that he’s been in, he just simply wants to blabber everything that’s on his mind. I think it’s very destructive.”

The royal expert compared Prince Harry’s unexpected moments with the press to grenades.

She concluded: “In some ways, I mean, Harry’s taken up the legacy of Diana, it seems, to kind of lob these grenades at unexpected moments.”

Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle finalized their royal exit and moved to California, they have sat down with Oprah Winfrey, where multiple truth bombs were dropped.

The pair said that they dealt with racist remarks while living in the Palace. Prince Harry said Prince Charles and Prince William were trapped in the Monarchy.

Markle revealed she was suicidal and did not get the help that she needed.

In late April, Prince Harry and Markle had a secret meeting with Queen Elizabeth II, and soon after, Prince Harry made jaws drop by appearing on NBC to share some details about the sit-down with his grandmother.

The pair is heading to England to attend The Queen‘s Jubilee, and some inside the Palace fear that private moments and conversations will be leaked to the American media or will end up in a book or a documentary.
