Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Could Change Their Travel Plans For This Reason — Will Prince William React?

There is a possibility that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might be spending more time in England than previously thought.

In a matter of days, Markle and Prince Harry and their young children — Archie and Lilibet Diana — will fly to London to participate in Queen Elizabeth II‘s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

The royal renegades have plans to partake in a series of low-key events to ensure that the spotlight remains on Queen Elizabeth, who has dedicated more than 7O years of her life to the British people.

The festivities are expected to end on June 5 but do not be surprised if Prince Harry and Markle extend their stay in London for a very special reason.

Royal experts have been pondering over the possibility that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex might change their travel plan and stay in the UK for an extra week to give their daughter, Lilibet Diana, what they have always wanted for her — a royal christening.

Born in California on June 4, 2021, Lilibet Diana has not been christened.

A few months after her birth, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were pushing for their daughter to receive a royal christening in the Church of England with Queen Elizabeth in attendance.

Some reports suggested that Prince William had put his foot down and told Prince Harry that their grandmother could not participate in the religious ceremony because the time was not right.

A spokesperson for the couple had dismissed the claims in a statement that read: “Plans for the baby’s christening have not been finalized, and as such, any assumptions about what will or will not take place are mere speculation.”

Speaking on the latest episode of Royally Us, hosts Christina Garibaldi and Christine Ross explained that there is a possibility that the Sussex couple could “extend” their stay for their daughter’s christening.

Garibaldi opened the conversation after reading a comment from a royal fan who said: “I’m hoping that during the time that Lilibet will receive her christening at Windsor Castle [with family].”

Garibaldi stated: “That’s an interesting thing to say. Maybe Lilibet will have her christening while they are at Windsor during the Platinum Jubilee.”

Ross responded by saying that she did not expect other members of the royal family to attend.

She said that it would be a small gathering that would include Prince Harry, his wife, their two children, and Her Majesty.

She predicted: “It’s such a busy weekend, especially we talked about last week about how members of the Royal Family are going to different, you know, countries within the United Kingdom [for Jubilee celebrations]. I would be shocked if they could squeeze that in unless it was really, really private. Maybe just Meghan, Harry, Lilibet, Archie, and the Queen, something really small that they could squeeze in”.

Garibaldi added: “Maybe they’ll extend their stay, you know, maybe they’ll do it the following weekend. It’s an interesting point. We’ll have to keep a lookout.”

It is not known if Prince William will make moves to stop the royal christening of his niece from taking place.

It has been claimed that the relationship between Prince Harry and his brother has deteriorated to the point that they barely talk.

Prince William is said to be fuming over the revelations made by Prince Harry and Markle.

Prince Harry and Markle recently flew to London where they met with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles — Prince William and Kate Middleton were conveniently out of the country with their children.
