Donald Trump Uses King Charles And Queen Elizabeth’s Funeral To Go After His Successor

Donald Trump Joe Biden King Charles Seating

Former President Donald Trump is using King Charles III and Queen Elizabeth II‘s funeral to go after his successor, President Joe Biden.

The Democratic politician and First Lady Jill Biden arrived late at The Queen‘s funeral on Monday and waited a moment before getting to their seats.

Many world leaders and dignitaries attended the late Monarch‘s funeral, and some did not even get an invitation, like Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Bidens were the only two figures representing America at the event.

Some say this explains why the Americans were seated in the 14th row. They were seated close to Petr Fiala, the Czech Republic’s prime minister and the president of Poland, Andrzej Duda. Since the event was about honoring the legacy of Queen Elizabeth, many did not take offense to the seating.

However, some conservatives and allies of the former reality TV star say the seating is a direct illustration of the decline of the United States on the global stage.

The Republican firebrand took things a step further by suggesting that if he were still President, he would have gotten better seats at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral.

The real estate mogul took to his social media platform Truth Social and wrote: “This is what’s happened to America in just two short years. No respect!. However, a good time for our President to get to know the leaders of certain Third World countries. If I were president, they wouldn’t have sat me back there—and our Country would be much different than it is right now!”

Mr. Trump and his supporters have been pushing this angle in various places on the internet. However, the 14th-row seating has nothing to do with America’s so-called decline on the world’s stage.

Biden arrived late because he was stuck in traffic, and this made it impossible to get “better seating.” So, it was not a way for King Charles III and the British royal family to humiliate him.

Moreover, the US President is known for often arriving late to meetings and other events, and The Queen’s funeral was no exception. Although, traffic played a part in what happened.

It seems that Trump really wanted to be part of the gathering, and he even tried for the new King to bend the rules for the US. However, the King ignored those calls.

Trump and the other living former U.S. presidents are invited to attend a Washington, DC memorial service for Queen Elizabeth on Wednesday, September 21.

It is not yet clear if Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter will all be there at the same time.

The Washington tribute was a form of compromise from the royal family to avoid snubbing Trump, who has been very vocal about his alleged closeness to Queen Elizabeth.

However, there is not much to back up the claim.
