Many of President Donald Trump‘s supporters are upset after popular comedian and actor Kevin Hart bashed him at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards.

Mr. Hart is mainly known for his cheating scandals, comedy shows, and funny movies.

For the past years, the movie star has managed to stay away from political matters, and many Republicans assumed he was one of them and supported his projects.

Liberals and commenters on social media often lashed out at him for his lack of interest in what is going on in this country.

Controversial TV host and fellow funny person Kathy Griffin recently did an interview with USA Today where she said Hart is a “pu$sy” for not tacking subjects such as race, police brutality, and Trump’s harsh comments about minorities in his numerous stand-up routines.

Last night, Hart decided to break the heart of many of his conservative fans by making his opinion known to the world, and he did it how he has a habit of expressing himself — funny and raw.

While presenting an award with Night School co-star Tiffany Haddish, Hart spoke about the never-ending controversies surrounding NFL players making their voice heard by protesting during the national anthem by kneeling.

Hart said: “But at this game, okay, you guys can kneel. You can do whatever the hell you want okay. No old white man can stop you. You never know what’s going to happen at the VMAs. I mean beefs pop off, bad language, people sending out wild tweets. Well, It’s basically like your typical day at the White House. In your face, Trump…suck it!”

Via Twitter, dozens of Trump voters say they are surprised by the remarks made by Hart. They plan to boycott Hart and will no longer follow him on social media.

Will Trump hit back?
