One of disgraced Chicago crooner R. Kelly‘s girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage, supposedly went all the way from being an avid supporter of the R&B star to accusing her former lover of sexual and psychological abuse.
The 24-year-old allegedly shared a couple of lengthy posts recently, in which she talked about her struggles while living with the famous “I Believe I Can Fly” singer.
According to her so-called confessions, she was impregnated by Kelly on two occasions, but he made her go through an abortion both times, and the surgeries reportedly took place, not in a hospital but in his house.
The person claiming to be Savage also spoke in detail about how Kelly used to urinate on her from time to time and choked her violently because once she failed to call him “daddy” or “master,” but referred to him with “babe” instead.
Not so long ago, Savage was always speaking in favor of the controversial artist, who will be facing a couple of trials for charges of sexual misconduct, and she even appeared in an interview alongside Kelly’s other girlfriend, Azriel Clary, to talk in his defense.
However, with Savage supposedly changing sides, many people were curious about how Clary is going to react, and if she was going to confirm Savage’s alleged stories of abuse.
The 21-year-old recently shared a couple of photos on her Twitter. While her fans were commenting and debating about what she should with her life, she made her opinion clear by sharing a post from a fan that concluded with “#FreeRKelly” and thus, showed that Kelly could count on at least one girlfriend for the time being.
One supporter told Clary: “Yess… Queen, you are so beautiful. Keep it going and be the queen God called you to be.”
Moreover, since Savage’s posts have gone viral, doubts have surfaced about the identity of the author of these confessions.
It now appears that Savage was not the one making these revelations. Instagram says that her account might have been hacked in the past week.
Patreon, which published her revelations, is trying to investigate the person behind the claims. Some of Kelly’s supporters are convinced that Savage might still be in the singer’s corner after all is said and done.
For the time being, the people running Savage’s Instagram page are trying to capitalize on the drama by posting things that look like ads.
