Soon-to-be former President Donald Trump might become a single man as soon as he leaves the White House.
According to a former Trump family friend, Melania Trump has been counting down the minutes to file for divorce from the politician.
It has always been claimed that the former model never wanted to be in political life and despised the title of First Lady of the United States, which is why it took her over six months to move from her lavish New York mansion to the White House.
At the time, Melania’s spokesperson revealed that she delayed her move because she wanted her only son, Barron Trump, to finish the school year.
However, Melania’s former friend and aide, Stephanie Wolkoff, claimed she took her time to join Trump in Washington because she and her lawyers were negotiating a post-nuptial agreement assuring Barron a large sum of Trump’s fortune.
Wolkoff also claimed that Trump and his wife sleep in separate bedrooms in the White House and have a transactional marriage.
Now that Trump has lost reelection, according to ex-aide Omarosa Manigault Newman, Melania will end her complicated marriage to the former reality TV star.
Newman revealed: “Melania is counting every minute until he is out of office and she can divorce. If Melania were to try to pull the ultimate humiliation and leave while he’s in office, he would find a way to punish her.”
Body language expert Judi James watched a somber Melania walk and stand next to the president when he delivered his speech falsely claiming that he won reelection as the nation waited for the results.
Dressed in a black pants suit, Melania had a stone-cold face and slapped Trump’s hand when he tried to reach for hers.
James had this to say about the signals that Melania was sending: “Melania’s signal facial expression can be beautifully impassive and Sphynx-like, but the mood-change today was dramatic, even though the actual expression changes were subtle. Gone was the wide smile she had used during the election campaign, which had been so strong that people had even started to ask if she were a body double.”
She added: “In its place was a grim mouth-clamp as she gazed at her husband in her funereal black trouser suit and while Trump’s kids buzzed about grinning excitedly as though celebrating a big win, it was Melania’s appearance that told a very different story. She clapped her husband to show support, but it raised her chin that had the most impact. It looked like a gesture of defiance that matched Trump’s narrative.
She concluded her analysis with this gloomy note: “There was no contact between the pair on stage, but Melania did seem to echo the idea that the smiles have died as the gloves have come off.”
It needs to be said that those rumors have been rampant for some time but the couple is still together.
