Catherine Zeta-Jones and her husband, Michael Douglas, are in quarantine together since the coronavirus hit, and according to recent photos that appeared on social media, things are going swell.
This week, the legendary actor decided to upload a video where he is talking about the veterans who have either served the country or made the ultimate sacrifice.
Zeta-Jones’s husband delivered a passionate and emotional message in his Veterans Day clip. Douglas looked handsome as ever in a black sweater and debuted a longer and fuller hairstyle.
Fans had a lot to say about Douglas’s casual look and wild hair. While some loved the unruly hair, others shamed Douglas for his different look.
A social media user praised the iconic star with this sweet message: “Great hair Michael!” A critic made this comment: “Please shave and cut that hair!”
This supporter lashed out at the naysayer by writing: “You are beyond rude. You have no manners or home training! Why don’t you cut your hair and shave??”
Another backer shared: “Wow ! Shame on you! Michael is perfect just like that. We are all normal humans.”
Douglas and his wife, Zeta-Jones, are getting ready to mark a huge milestone. On November 18th, the stars will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary, but there will be no party due to the ongoing pandemic.
The couple will be having a lowkey event with their children — Dylan, 20, and Carys, 17.
Talking to PEOPLE Magazine, Zeta-Jones said she would kiss her husband and added: “We won’t be doing any great big party. Not that I’m a big party fan anyway. It would be nice to get all our friends together in one space, but we’re not doing that until we’re completely out of the woods. So I will raise my mask and let my husband passionately kiss me, then I will put it firmly back on.”
Zeta-Jones went on to talk about having her children back home: “All of a sudden we were all back together again. And I have to say, I loved it. I really loved it. Supposedly… we’ve been much better than a lot of his friends’ families. He said, ‘Mom, you have no idea. James is not talking to his dad. He’s not talking to his mom.’ And I said, ‘Well, we’re doing pretty well.'”
Commenters on social media spare no one with their virulent comments. However, the power couple should ignore the critics and focus on the milestone.
